**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

Hireflow is a seamless addition to the sourcing process. From a technology standpoint, it's easy to use and integrates with our ATS and there is a plug-in for LinkedIn making outreach even easier. My team uses Hireflow for its drip campaign feature and ability to quickly customize templates and find contact info for prospected candidates. I rely heavily on the AI Sourcing tool, which has helped me build out pipelines when I don't have time to source or if I want to diversify candidates in the pipeline. I've used this mostly for engineering profiles. When I've had a question about the product features and functions, support has been incredibly quick in their response and always understands the crux of the problem I am looking to solve. If it's something they don't have today, 9/10 they are already working on it.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

Some limitations in how projects, Sequences and AI Sourced candidates are managed, but they are continuously evolving the platform usability and reps are extremely open to user feedback.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hireflow helps supplement when I have dry pipelines and a lack of organic applications. It also helps increase candidate response rates when I do cold outreach.  The AI Sourcing tool is top-notch compared to other similar tools I've used like Fetcher and you can't beat the usability of their dashboard.

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

I was skeptical of the AI sourcing at first, but it has far exceeded my expectations. The candidate quality is great, probably because the intake is so thorough and granular. I like how I can review the candidates first, rather than just sending my outreach to anyone it suggests. And the email accuracy has also been very high, which is the other half of the battle.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

Nothing comes to mind. Hireflow is an amazing product!

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I need to build a pipeline of high quality candidates, but have very little time, I use Hireflow. I don’t have an expensive LinkedIn Recruiter seat, so this is a far more cost and time effective way to hire.

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

We use Hireflow in multiple ways.  1) to search using their AI, 2) to kickoff drip campaigns.  Hireflow consults with us on creating search campaigns, and helps us to design the "pools" we will recruit from, as well as ther "reach out intensity" ie reachouts per day, during a target period.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Hireflow.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once we know our recruiting spec and timing, we are able to create a recruiting campaign using Hireflow.  The problem Hireflow solves is that we can know, in very precise terms, what our top of funnel will look like.  We use models to predict the number of recruiter interviews is required to make a hire, and we can work with Hireflow to determine the number of AI reachouts necessary to achieve that target of recruiter screens.  They have created a predictable and manageble top of funnel for us.

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

Hireflow is a very smart tool. The AI sourcer has provided high-quality candidates to consider. You can give feedback and it will learn and adapt to your needs. The email campaign sequences are a lifesaver! It's very customizable and gives clear data on how your outreach is performing.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

Nothing in particular. They are still developing and growing, so there's more to come.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach sequencing and finding quality talent. It's beneficial to be able to automate outreach and see who is receiving and reading our messages. Both the AI sourcer and sequencing save me so much time. The AI sourcer brings forth talent that I may never find.

At times, I've experienced bugs and errors with Hireflow's plug-in Chrome extension. That being said, the team over there has always been super helpful and quick to dive in and remedy any issues.

Hireflow is making it much easier for me to contact candidates regarding the roles I'm recruiting for.

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

Hireflow has managed to make the process of finding high-quality candidates not only efficient but also enjoyable. Sometimes it can feel like a big hurdle to get started with sourcing for a new role, but Hireflow makes it easier, and I feel way better about my sourcing progress. The quality of candidates delivered by hireflow.ai is remarkable. The tool is able to identify great candidates based on specific criteria. Lastly, the customer support provided by the hireflow.ai team is exceptional. They are responsive, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.  I highly recommend this platform to any recruiter or hiring manager looking to streamline their sourcing process, discover exceptional talent, and have a little fun along the way.

I don't see any downsides of Hireflow. The product always keep evolving so it's great to see the new features that are added.

Hireflow 2.0 is an impressive upgrade. I am very impressed with the new user interface and functionality. The automated email finding and outreach is particuarly helpful.

There is nothing that I dislike. I am excited to see the new AI features that Hireflow incorporates into their product. They have always been a market leader in AI Sourcing, so I am excited to see what is next/

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

Most simply is that it just works.

I have significant hiring experience across both early stage startups and companies like Coinbase and Brex. What I like about Hireflow is that it's fast and simple to set up and once the AI Sourcing gets going I get a finely curated list of candidates each day. All I need to do is spend a few minutes to double check the results and then everything else is taken care of me. When candidates are interested the replies come directly to my inbox and I can take it from there.

It's also nice that it works well across both the technical and non-technical roles that we are hiring for.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

I wish they also had the ability to filter inbound applicants with the same AI matching they do when suggesting candidates to me, with that it would be the ultimate time saver.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an early stage founder I am busy splitting my time across every aspect of the business. Our recruiting efforts are top of the list in importance but often its hard to prioritize. I like that I can hand over the bulk of the time consuming tasks to Hireflow and the automation and AI just work along in the background so that I can stay focused on everything else.

I love how easy it is to set-up candidates and hiring. The customer support team is also excellent. As a founder, I don't have a lot of time and hireflow really saves us a lot of time and it is so easy to use.

There are still some bugs on the candidates emails that are sourced but the time I save not having to find those emails is worth it.

It is saving me hours a week in automating the sourcing and sending emails to candidates.

It definitely finds candidates that I would not have found otherwise through other sourcing methods, and I like how thorough the questionnaire is to allow the team to find the best candidates. I appreciate the Hireflow customer support team, they are always available for questions and open to improvement. I like that the platform is consistenly evolving and changing and improving.

I work on a lot of niche roles - so I wish that there was better support for these really niche roles as normally that's what we need the most support on sourcing-wise.

Hireflow's Chrome extension makes email outreach easy. I simply open a profile I like and I can email them in 1-click with Hireflow. Hireflow is a helpful tool for recruiting and sales.

Nothing that I can think of. Hireflow is very receptive to product feedback.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email outreach is challenging for three reasons: 1) it is difficult to source top talent 2) it is challenging to find their email address 3)  it is overwhelming to track everything. Hireflow solves all three pain points with its intelligent AI Sourcing engine, its built-in email-finding capabilities, and its comprehensive CRM.

The best part about Hireflow is how simple it is. Its really easy to get started within minutes and immediately start pushing recruiting efforts forward. 

You can directly add candidates from LinkedIn as you're browsing and send a reachout in one-click or customize the reachout SUPER quickly without leaving the LinkedIn UI.

It also integrates with our ATS so every time someone does a reachout or gets a response, its all tracked appropriately.

I wish recruiters on my team could send outreach using my email

We don't have a big recruiting team and expect all our hiring managers to do their own sourcing and outreach. Hireflow makes it easy for them to get over the hump and massively increase the amount of outreach they engage in.

Key highlights:
1. Setup with HireFlow was quick and seamless -- I was up and running in ~15 minutes. 
2. Customer support was top-notch from the start. 
3. Tools are *powerful*, yet beautifully simple. There are no confusing bells and whistles, just well-executed core features.

As a founder with limited time and experience recruiting, I would be hopelessly lost without HireFlow. I've found great candidates with Hireflow, and they are moving through our interview process only after a few days of outreach.

We haven't run into any downsides with HireFlow.

1. Reaching out to candidates. I am no longer spending time writing/re-writing emails and praying they are getting read. I can now send 100+ outreach emails in an hour AND I know if they've been read. Magic.
2. Sourcing great candidates. I can peruse LinkedIn for only so long. AI Sourcer delivers strong candidates each day that kicks off my "hour of outreach" and gets me moving quickly.

Reducing the time it takes to find great/qualified candidates. the Automated Sourcing is one of the best products I have seen/worked with. I've used a lot of other products and this one is clearly the best.

Great way to contact potential candidates in a personal manner. Hireflow team is super responsive to feedback and always there to help.

I only wish I recruited at a higher volume so I could take advantage of all of Hireflow's feature. This would be a stellar product for a recruiting team working together on openings.

ATS integration, smooth workflow, AI sourcing, sequenced outreach. All of their offerings exist to make a recruiters life easier and help speed up the process. AI sourcer also helps with pipelining for roles that you arent actively working on.

Integration with ChatGPT would be amazing. This would help customize emails and help speed up the sourcing process.

Hireflow continues to be an integral part of our workflow, and has enhanced our ability to reach candidates as well as prospective clients tremendously while saving us a ton of time!  Support is phenomenal, the platform is super easy to navigate - it does exactly what we need it to do with no unnecessary “bells and whistles” that make it difficult to figure out. I really can’t say enough positive things. A huge thank you to the Hireflow team!

The tool is super intuitive and easy to use! I like how Hireflow’s AI sources candidates for me every day. And it learns quickly based on the feedback I give it in plain English. The results are much better than what even a good LinkedIn Recruiter search gets me.

Hireflow is the best sourcing and outreach tool I’ve used and the only one that incorporates AI successfully.

The AI learned really quickly based off of feedback and what candidates I didn't move forward with. Although it's some calibration in the beginning, I found more qualified candidates the more I gave the feedback! I also loved that i didn't have to do any of my own manual sourcing, and each morning I'd come into 30+ candidates to review.

With any sort of sourcing, having to go through many profiles is tough. On the plus side, Hireflow made it so that you're at least reviewing candidates that are a fit more or less, vs the typical Linkedin Recruiter search.

If you're looking for an automated sourcing tool, this is the closest you'll find to a live sourcer. While there is some nuances to working with the AI, there is so much value to not having to comb through thousands of potential profiles, since Hireflow provides tens/hundreds of qualified ones instead.

Once their product has all the info about a specific role and you give the candidate criteria needed, they get back to you within a day-two with a sheet of candidates for outreach. 
The candidates pulled through the tool are quality matches; if they are not, you can always provide feedback to the team to update the search or tweak anything. 
This product is beneficial because while you are focusing on other tasks, Hireflow is working for you simultaneously.

**What do you like best about Hireflow?**

First, the most important part of using a tool, at least for me, is having an account manager who actually knows what they're talking about, and works with my needs in a genuine way. Daniel Park handles our partnership, and from our first meeting, I've always felt that Daniel does their job looking out for their company, but also advising on my best interests. I never felt like Daniel has penny pinched or pushed me to spend more than necessary, and recently with the economic downturn, even offered to explain their new tier of pricing that would mean we were paying less, if it meant it would better suit our needs. This integrity is what makes me stay with Hireflow, while I have explored other tools and have not seen nearly the same value.

Secondly, I love how easy Hireflow is to use. I can build my sequences + personalized messaging, then go across profiles I'm interested in, and the Hireflow button is already at the side of my screen ready to go. I just click, change around a sentence or two (this is completely my own perfectionist tendency, as I hyperpersonalize my messages, but you do not need to change anything for yours), and send.

**What do you dislike about Hireflow?**

Hireflow is not a massive company, so I think clients need to be realistic in expectations. There are some things the team can improve, but I've raised the feedback often and know they are working on these things.

This includes:
-Sometimes the AI pulls profiles outside of your set criteria, but AI is a very new space in general that will have mistakes. You get to review these profiles before outreach, so you don't actually face risk here
-Their system's ability to find email addresses is good, but not impeccable. I regularly go back to my campaigns and InMail people whose email addresses Hireflow could not find. However I have used other more established and expensive tools with the same, or worse, efficacy in finding email addresses
-Many candidates I reach out to will book a chat with me in my email, but not respond to the email itself. This means the Hireflow system does not detect the "Interested" status, and will continue sending emails in the campaign sequence, so I must go in and manually change the status to stop further outreach. That also makes the status "Outreach stopped" rather than "Interested", which can make metrics a little wonky (last I knew, they are aware of this issue)

**Recommendations to others considering Hireflow:**

Be realistic with your expectations. If you need a strong tool that works in tandem with you, as a great recruiter, to automate your outreach and help you source, at a low price point, this is the way to go. If you want a tool that implements best practices for you and acts as a virtual recruiter while you don't contribute into the tool, then this may not be the best choice. A lot of the tool is self-serve, but you do need to implement fundamentals into your campaigns yourself.

For context on my role if it helps: primary senior technical recruiter for the past 3 years in a top fintech startup, growing the team from ~60 to ~170, and hired over 90% of the Engineering function myself. As a startup, our standards are high and require the best tools for our scale without massive price tags.

**What problems is Hireflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing can be a pain point and energy drainer in any TA team, but Hireflow makes automation so easy. They find email addresses for me, run my sequences according to my criteria, and make my 4-point process just a few clicks on my end. They also have a cool AI sourcing tool (depending on the tier you subscribe to) where it provides profiles of new people according to your parameters every day. I find this makes me more accountable and consistent over sourcing regularly, because if you let it, your sourcing time can slip away in favour of other meetings.

simple, automated, organized and with the metrics it's easy to determine when outreach/messaging isn't successful and can quickly pivot the messaging to try something new. AI sourcing tool is the best for me, but I think that's a small piece of the platform.

as of right now, it would be hard to pinpoint something that I didn't like with the platform. I think the platform requires patience and an adaptive mindset. If response rates seem low, it's likely the messaging or timing of follow up emails. I've found that most responses are from follow ups and even if they are just responding to let me know they aren't interested, that can be viewed as a small win.

**Recommendations to others considering Hireflow:**

Give it a try and see what a difference it can make for keeping your outreach organized. It's much cleaner than keeping Talent pipelines in LI and all of the integrations offered make it easy for anyone to use, no matter the ATS or systems you're working with.

this is a problem personal to me, but I'm sure it's felt by many in small companies. As a talent team of 1, not having sourcers or additional support at your disposal is a problem the AI sourcing tool solves. The efficiency of looking through 10-20 candidates each morning and having oversight as to who gets added to campaigns is a game changer. It's also impressive that the feedback I apply seems to really make a difference in the future candidates sourced. It's like having a personal sourcer who understands the little details I feed them.

Hireflow has very effectively solved my sourcing issues! We've had trouble finding good sourcing help and HF's AI sourcer is a LIFESAVER. Every day I get 20 candidates that are almost perfect matches. I can even leave feedback to calibrate the profile even further each day. I also love the pre-drafted responses for un interested candidates, makes it super easy and quick to get through my inbox! I also notice fewer emails bouncing back than when I was using Gem :). Oh, and the UI is great!

It will show you if you have reached out to someone before or if someone else on your team has and provides the date when. It can also show if you this person already exists in your ATS as maybe they applied for a job in the past and you can reference that in your message to them.

You have to have to be viewing profiles on LinkedIn for them to be able to find an email. Would be great to find from other places like Indeed, etc. Not all features are available on their free version, however, it's nice that they offer a free version.

I don't have any downsides! There was one day I was having technical issues with the chrome extension, and customer service was super responsive and helpful and made a fix quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Hireflow:**

I think that LinkedIn Recruiter is still a necessity for sourcing and recruiting, and that Hireflow works best as a supplement to the work you are already doing on LinkedIn. Every once in a while, Hireflow can't find an email address for a candidate, so I'll then send a message directly on LinkedIn. Sometimes there is a candidate I feel really strong about and I want to approach them via LinkedIn AND their email inbox- so then I would also use both.

I love that I can create customizable email templates that I can still edit for every candidate that I reach out to, how easily the chrome extension integrates with LinkedIn Recruiter, and that I can plan customized follow-up emails for everyone I've written. When I was only using LinkedIn Recruiter, it was hard to organize my inbox and streamline following up with people. Now, not only am I getting directly to the candidates inbox through Hireflow's AI, I don't even have to think about whether I remembered to follow up. The internal dashboard that collects data on how your outreach is performing is also extremely easy to understand.

I like the ability to create as many individualized templates as needed for various locations or roles as well as the automatic follow-up messaging it sends out.

I do not like that there are times where either 1. emails cannot be found and there's not really an organized way to view that information other than going through each campaign individually and 2. there have been several times where my email has reached the wrong person instead (whether it be a spouse, peer, or complete and total stranger).

I've run into a few situations where Hireflow would reach out to the wrong person. The accuracy of the email finder is not 100%.

Working with the team is super easy, they truly care about your experience and will work with you to fix any issues or add any requests and listen to your feedback. The UI is very easy to follow and the product finds emails very easily and accurately!

Since it's a relatively newer product, sometimes the UI breaks. Though the team is very quick in responding to tickets and requests and can quickly fix any issue from my experience.
