the reports, the eligiblity wizards and tools that cut manual work in half.

not everything transports perfectly to winteam

cuts down the onboarding application to very simple easy steps.

**What do you like best about Hire by WorkWave?**

Kwantek  is really convenient as it is easy to pick up and get started with. It contains a lot of features at one place and my favorite feature is the reporting feature. By using this system my clients were very much satisfied with the services it offered and it reduced the hiring costs. Before using it the user gets trained and it digitzes the whole system from paperwork to digital. The customer service is the best as they solved all of the issues that i faced while getting started.

**What do you dislike about Hire by WorkWave?**

The subscription package of Kwantek  is pricey according to my budget and once you get the subscription you cannot cancel it. The software as a whole is not that intuitive and application completing takes a lot of time. The ads do not gte to famous sites and it is not consistent. The screen sometimes freezes in middle of working and the system is slow. Once you write the candidate information there is no option to edit or change it which is very strange.

**Recommendations to others considering Hire by WorkWave:**

Kwantek  offers an intuitive and innovative solution to hiring and recruitment needs so i strongly recommend this to everyone..

**What problems is Hire by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The background screening that it does is very helpful. Kwantek can be used to write job descriptions and later get them posted to several famous social media sites. It is mainly built for hiring candidates that fit perfectly according to the given requirements.

Recently updated part of the software was that I can reach out to appicants that started their application but never finished. Prospects tab is awesome addition to the program.

Nothing about the program that is disliked.

**What do you like best about Hire by WorkWave?**

It allows for online applications and we can fairly easily add qualifying questions to our applications to make them more job specific. We can also blind the EEO data, so that it can only be seen in aggregate reporting data rather than on an individual basis. 

**What do you dislike about Hire by WorkWave?**

It is a very limited and very pricey applicant tracking system with contracts renewing on an annual basis and no early termination or cancellation terms. The site has limited functionality and is neither innovative or intuitive compared to some of the newer ATS software options. It does not link up to sites like Linked In to accept applications, and does not provide reporting to connect to our HRIS system. 

**Recommendations to others considering Hire by WorkWave:**

It's good for a small company that needs to offer online applications and collect EEO data,  but that's where it's features did usefulness end. 

**What problems is Hire by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are meeting legal requirements to track applicants and provide EEO data on applicants. It also allows us to complete electronic applications through a link in any job ads that we post. The only benefit is an electronic application and EEO applicant reporting capabilities.

Over the past year we've released major system enhancements including Indeed Easy Apply, our prospects function, updated Working Style Assessment, enhanced texting, and now we have one of the first Facebook integrations (included at no charge).  LinkedIn is available as a paid service, as with any ATS.  We also have a standard CSV output that works with most HRIS.  Your account manager will be reaching out to learn more how we can help.
