Great customer service and help. Very responsive. Every matter was important to them.

It took a little longer to update things because of the layers of security, but that's part of HIPAA security.

Yes, I recommend them very much.

**What problems is HIPAA Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of setting up HIPAA required information behind a firewall was great.

They are there when you need to reach them by phone and they are not bots (AI) or some offshore outfit; they speak English like a native.

**What do you dislike about HIPAA Vault?**

Some of their services are on the pricy side.

Use them -- you won't be sorry that you did.

HIPAA Vault provides a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for us to run our application and services. This allows us to work on our stuff and let them handle monitoring, alerting, backups, etc.
