What do you like best about Hilancer?

We’ve been using Hilancer to manage our recruiting processes and it has made things much easier to keep organized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hilancer?

One thing we’d like to see improve is the reporting side. For day-to-day recruiting the current features work well, but as an agency it would be useful to have more advanced reports and analytics across different searches and clients. It’s not something that has blocked us from using the platform, but it would definitely add value as we grow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
