**What do you like best about Highway Benefits?**

I honestly don't think much about Highway Benefits, which shows how seamless and great this platform truly is. There is immense value in being able to provide a benefit that our team loves that takes one minute a month to maintain. That minute is spent sharing an updated employee roster, so I am not exaggerating about minimal upkeep. Highly recommend this for companies searching for easy, efficient ways to provide student loan benefits.

**What do you dislike about Highway Benefits?**

No complaints so far - Highway does what it should do perfectly. The Highway team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever employees have specific questions.

**What problems is Highway Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highway gives us a frictionless method to pay off student loans. Good on the employer and employees.

**What do you like best about Highway Benefits?**

Ease of use. Easy implementation. We use Highway Benefits through an integration with Rippling. This is very easy to use software/service for both our team as administrators and for our employees.This is a simple way to deliver a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about Highway Benefits?**

I had requested some oversight or understanding of which employees are participating. They have resolved that issue. So, no real complaints.

**What problems is Highway Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management and distribution of student loan repayment benefit for employees.

Working with Highway has been a breeze. My employees love it and I don't really even spend time managing it as Highway has taken care of everything once we got up and running.
