**What do you like best about HighRoad Solution?**

HighRoad Solutions helped improve our email efforts to our members. We have a better system, organization and the templates are excellent.

**What do you dislike about HighRoad Solution?**

Unfortunately, we were unable to automate some of our emails due to the lack of communication between platforms. Netforum speaks in algorithms but Adestra through High Road doesn’t understand them, so we’re unable to automate our emails. We must upload our lists consistently.

**Recommendations to others considering HighRoad Solution:**

HighRoad has done a good job of working with us and helping us to find the solutions we need to improve our emails.

**What problems is HighRoad Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve seen better analytics and email templates through our work with HighRoad.
