**What do you like best about HiBot?**

I love how easy HiBot is to use. It helps me manage all my messages in one place without any stress. It is fast, reliable, and saves me a lot of time. It’s the perfect tool for staying organized!

**What do you dislike about HiBot?**

Their customer support is very slow to respond. There interface and implementation are a bit complex.

**What problems is HiBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBot solves the problem of scattered messages by bringing chats from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other apps into one single inbox, so it’s easier to manage everything in one place.

**What do you like best about HiBot?**

Very easy to use, dynamic and practical system, the service tree is easy to modify and the usability is practical and fast, it doesn't let you close easily without saving the necessary information.

**What do you dislike about HiBot?**

For pulling reports the system is a bit limited, gives some errors, doesn't let you filter the date correctly, when exporting the file it doesn't pull the full filter and we can't fetch an accurate ratings record report.

**What problems is HiBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To communicate with the client and register the services is a practical way, but the tool was not very usual within our organization, and for this reason there was a change after the contract was finalized.

**What do you like best about HiBot?**

Hi's layout is great, very easy to use and explanatory, you can organize and create the filters the way you want, you can contact customers in many different ways.

**What do you dislike about HiBot?**

Support is a little difficult to talk to, when the system stops it takes several minutes to come back and we can't get quick access to Hi support, it crashes a lot too.

**What problems is HiBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To contact customers regarding the tickets opened in the sector I work in, it is a very easy and practical way to contact them, without having to send an e-mail and wait days for a reply.
