**What do you like best about HGST?**

I used to only buy Western Digital drives without realizing that HGST was the same thing. Since then I have switched to HGST for cost savings with the same performance. 

**What do you dislike about HGST?**

The return process. The big box brands have horrible customer service and returns.

**Recommendations to others considering HGST:**

Work on support and return process for defective units.
