We are using HGS for our payroll process within our organization. We are almost more than 300 employees using this tool; we are delighted with the agency.

**What do you like best about HGS Consulting?**

Very easy to use tool platform and with accessible dashboards etc. Frequent notifications from the team regarding monthly payslip, form 16, tax calculation or simulation, etc.

**What do you dislike about HGS Consulting?**

The UI can be improved a lot when compared to other competitors of HGS. Can introduce cloud-based application to make its new feature sets applicable.

**Recommendations to others considering HGS Consulting:**

Very efficient tool and helpline no and email are very accessible along with live interactions over the phone. If your employee strength is more than 100, then you should go for this tool.

**What problems is HGS Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every month payroll related problems are getting solved by HGS. Every year Form 16 all employees are getting the same well on time with no errors etc.
