
What I like best about Hey Rafi is its simplicity and ease of use. In real estate investing, you need volume, consistency, and follow-up to win and Hey Rafi allows us to execute on all three at a high level.
It helps systemize the offer process so we can move quickly and scale without unnecessary complexity. The platform makes it easy to get offers out efficiently, which is critical in a competitive market. If I had one suggestion, it would be more in-depth KPI and tracking capabilities.
As a business owner, knowing my numbers is everything. I’d love to see more advanced reporting that makes it easier for small business owners to track performance metrics things like offer volume, conversion ratios, and other key data points all in one place.
