**What do you like best about HelpDeskZ?**

THE PRICE!!! This feature really allows us to incorporate it within our platform with the financial flexibility to use other software as well.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

It's hard to complain with a free service but I feel that if they had more financial backing from subscriptions, the engine would run a bit smoother and support would be better.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpDeskZ:**

Take the time to learn the uses of the software and reach out to support if you need help.

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping customers with any FAQS, Issues, or concerns. It allows the business to address customer issues immediately which ultimately helps with client retention.

**What do you like best about HelpDeskZ?**

The tickets are easy to submit, and you usually get a response within the hour, or at least notice that a followup will occur by the next work day. You are also coached on how to solve the problems yourself.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

There were times when I had to get on the phone to discuss the ticket, and the cummunication was difficult. The instructions weren't accurate/clear or there was a language barrier.

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was always in referene to a tech error with our computers, and many times I was able to walk through the self-fixes and omit needing to call in a technician.

**What do you like best about HelpDeskZ?**

Helpdeskz let our company easily manage and work on all the issues raised by employees in a quick period.
Team working with it get notified by any raised incident with priority of issue and it help us to not miss any issue thats being raised.
Features like managing tickets assigning them changing status helps alot.
Also the UI provides smooth user experience.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

Nothing much to dislikes. The price is little high which is justifiable as per the service it provides.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpDeskZ:**

Among the competitors i found HelpdeskZ to be best because of smooth UI and easy UX. Alsobthe features and mailing is good. I would definately recommend HelpDeskZ anytime.

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees can quickly log a ticket regarding any issue they face.
Assigned team can quickly look into it and resolve it so that work doesnt remain on halt for long.
It helps in reducing resolution time of queries as entire process is so smooth

Friendly interface and easy to use for member-facing teams!

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

Could be easier to change views but overall wouldn't really complain

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to organize member requests and view them all in a determined view (time sent in, last time responded to, etc)

**What do you like best about HelpDeskZ?**

I really like that you can check all the emails and tickets for your customers in one place, in one app, is really simple and easy like they say. i've been tried for months and the support is really great, you have inmediatly andswers. You can answer and keep your customers happy because, with this tool you have everything you need to provide the best support.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

i don't like so much the UX, i think they can improve in this point, but is functional, i mean, sometimes it was hard find things on the website but when you use the platform for a while you improve with the practice. i don't have so much complain for nothing

You need to look how is your customer service process and improve the weak points with this tool.

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most importante problem i solve was the unsolved tickets that the company received, so thanks to Helpdesk we improve A LOT our customer service and we have more happy clients, we connect the tickets with the devs and they fix the problems inmediatly.

Ease of use,  customizable interface, low cost option

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

the ability to find a customer centric view of all tickets as opposed to user.  But most of the helpdesk solutions today have this problem.

If you are starting out this is a great solution to consider.

**What do you like best about HelpDeskZ?**

I thought that the platform was relatively easy to learn and use. They have features that are very compatible with multiple systems that we use. I think from the customer side, they are able to log in complaints and feedbacks with ease which is helpful for us to receive that on our end.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

There are times where we would put in suggestions for improvement to the customer service, often times the implementations are not considered well because it may be outside their degree. 

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpDeskZ really minimized our time spent going through the customer feedback. I think this was huge when the company isn't able to process a large number of inquiries. It also helped us respond to customers much quicker which then boosted our customer care aspect.

I like how we can create groups and sub groups to help organize the responses. This makes answering like questions much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about HelpDeskZ?**

The layout was a little difficult to get used to at first, but once you get your groups set up, and practice some, it becomes second nature

**What problems is HelpDeskZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving inefficiency. We were wasting a lot of time going back and forth on different issues, whereas now we can answering like questions at the same time, allowing for us to get more accomplished.
