**What do you like best about Help Desk Hero?**

I use Help Desk Hero to better understand what's happening inside our customer support conversations. It helps us spot common questions, pain points, feature requests, bugs, and even potential sales opportunities without having to manually review every chat. I like that Help Desk Hero turns messy support chats into clear, useful insights. It helps us see the bigger picture without digging through every chat, allowing us to quickly spot what customers are confused about, what they keep asking for, and what we should improve next. The feedback is easier to act on, and I also found the initial setup pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Help Desk Hero?**

I think the progress updates could be clearer when conversations are syncing or being analyzed. Sometimes it's not obvious what's happening or what the next step is. I think it would help if the app showed clearer step-by-step updates. It would also be useful to show what's already done, what's still processing, and what I should do next if something takes longer than expected.
