The this tool is excellent! I started using this tool over 2 years ago and the capabilities it has is amazing. The precision it has with its targeting profiles function allows me to quickly get a robust list of qualified talent from all levels of experience, industries and stage of company. It enhanced my ability to find, prioritize, reach out and connect quickly with all available talent. Also, the lookalike feature further helped enhance the candidate pool list to ensure that that i was seeing the entire pool of candidates. And accompanying data for each candidate is a great way to further prioritize the talent pool. Finally the quick and continuous enhancements they are making further increases my capacity to be a strategic partner while increasing the quality of talent for each individual role. .
