Game-Changing Recruiting Context and Search—Best ROI All Year
All the information and CONTEXT I need to find top-talent is in one place, and cross-referenced. For instance, I'm often looking for entrepreneurs and early teammates who made mission-critical contributions to successful / analogous companies prior to product market fit. It takes me innumerable hours to get the information from LinkedIn, because I cannot easily search for candidates who were at a given company AT A PARTICULAR TIME. In HelloSky, I can. This is just one example of the way data is gathered, referenced, and indexed that is game-changing for my needs as an executive recruiter that works across industries.
Further, the team is helpful and responsive and ALWAYS shipping upgrades that a) are actually upgrades b) are not confusing at all to learn to use and c) are responsive to feedback from customers. I liked the product when I started using it in March - as of July, it's gotten probably 25% better. In my view, there's nothing on the market that is comparable for the price.
Bottom line: best ROI on any dollars I've spent in recruiting all year.

The this tool is excellent! I started using this tool over 2 years ago and the capabilities it has is amazing. The precision it has with its targeting profiles function allows me to quickly get a robust list of qualified talent from all levels of experience, industries and stage of company. It enhanced my ability to find, prioritize, reach out and connect quickly with all available talent. Also, the lookalike feature further helped enhance the candidate pool list to ensure that that i was seeing the entire pool of candidates. And accompanying data for each candidate is a great way to further prioritize the talent pool. Finally the quick and continuous enhancements they are making further increases my capacity to be a strategic partner while increasing the quality of talent for each individual role. . Altogether, an amazing product for talent searches!!
