What do you like best about Helium 10?

I use Helium 10 for e-commerce category analysis, BSR category analysis, and keyword harvesting. It provides me with marketing awareness, in-depth competitor analysis, and high-volume keywords. I like using Blackbox, as well as Xray, which helps us look for more stats. Magnet and Cerebro are great for keyword analysis, while Xray and Blackbox give better competitor analysis and portfolio insights. The Listing Analyzer is useful for analyzing listing gaps in our portfolio and competitors' listings to understand our strengths and weaknesses. What do you dislike about Helium 10?

Solving a few problems. FBA reimbursements for lost products saves me money. Keyword research helps me find good keywords for my campaigns. Automated request review and emails help me get more reviews for my products. Inventory management helps me plan for when I need to create more purchase orders. They're trying to become an all-in-one platform by adding reimbursement services, advertising management, and other features that feel mediocre compared to their core strengths.

I get why they're doing it from a business perspective - more services, more revenue. But as a user, I'm willing to pay premium prices for their keyword research tools because they're best-in-class. What problems is Helium 10 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only thing H10 cares about is dollars. You are just a number to them. There is zero relationship, everyone account is another brick in the wall. If you need support, they will feed you to their accounting department -- FFS -- who will proceed to reed off a ChatGPT script about how they can't solve your proublem while pulling out an excerpt of their policy that doesnt' apply at all. The worst customer support experience I've had. And this is coming from a customer who was with them for 6 years and just spent over $15,000 on their product in the last 3 months. AVOID.
