# Why is adtomic consistently having issues?

1. My adtomic has been locked, or unusable during active Diamond/Elite Plans. That's a glitch that my account knows too well.
2. Adtomic takes far longer to update suggestions or populate. 
3. Spending is significantly higher and making less sales then using on Amazon, why is that? 
4. Adtomic is promoted as one of the best tools, yet i have not gotten one useful thing out of it. What makes it useful, at this point, what is being commercialized is not doing that at all. It spends far more money with less clicks, and the rules may help but have made ZERO keyword suggestions, why?
