That it's a dedicated community with no annoying interruptions like the usual suspects have to deal with. There are no ads, no random accounts appearing on your timeline - just a direct channel to your users. Being able to embed coures and have these available free or behind a paywall is brilliant and there's a very powerful mechanism for who gets access and who doesn't - which I haven't quite figured out yet. I was wanting to embed a pickaxe into my community but couldn't figure out how to do that... without a complicated integration I couldn't trial without signing up for an expensive plan which didn't even give a definitive "yes, it works" overview. I think as AI agents become more mainstream, Heartbeat will have to allow these embeds.
