What do you like best about HealthViewX Patient Referral Management?

The system is configurable to great extent, allowing us to implement changes quickly and easily.

The support team responds promptly and if something needs to be developed they engage with the development team to make it happen.

Occasionally experienced slowness with the website, especially when viewing multiple records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HealthViewX Patient Referral Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to streamline our incoming referrals in one digital queue.

Referring providers can submit referral request in an intuitive web-based form, they will receive an email notification at important stages of the referral.

What do you dislike about HealthViewX Patient Referral Management?

Initial implementation did require a lot of input and man-hours to configure as well as continued modifications post-implementation. In retrospect, it was well worth it as it exposed weakness' in our previous structure which has since been improved.

Additionally, their implementation team does, unfortunately, come with a bit of a language barrier that does require some level of patience. Fortunately, their support team and sales team does a great job of supporting any difficulties with translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HealthViewX Patient Referral Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staff efficiency and productivity has drastically increased since going live with HVX. For example, prior to HVX, our staff would process anywhere between 15 - 30 referrals a day; post-implementation, staff can now process 75 referrals or more per day.

Furthermore, the dashboard widgets really help facilitate reporting and analytics which further drives strategy and optimization. If you can see where the bottlenecks are in the referral process, you can make the necessary changes to mitigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HealthView X has made our referral process more efficient and is now a standardized process of 5 easy steps. HealthView X has an excellent support team available when challenges arise. They listen to what we need for us to have a more efficient workflow and they help us by making the necessary adjustments to HealthView X to make it happen . What problems is HealthViewX Patient Referral Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we have no problems with HealthViewX. We have increased our efficiency in productivity of each Referral Coordinator by 50 %.
