**What do you like best about HealthArc?**

HealthArc is very easy to use and quick to learn. The implementation was smooth, and my team could start using it without a long training period. We use it regularly for remote patient monitoring and chronic care management, and it saves us a lot of time. The features are practical and cover everything we need. We also like that it integrates easily with other systems we use. Their customer support is excellent — fast, friendly, and always ready to help.

**What do you dislike about HealthArc?**

The platform works well overall. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that right after a new update it can feel a little slower or require a quick refresh, but it’s always resolved quickly.

**What problems is HealthArc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HealthArc helps healthcare teams manage remote patient monitoring and chronic care management in one easy platform. Instead of using multiple tools or manual tracking, everything from patient vitals to reports and follow-ups is handled in one place. This saves time, reduces errors, improves compliance, and gives clearer insights into patient health. As a result, users can focus more on quality care and less on paperwork.

**What do you like best about HealthArc?**

The basic features of HealthArc are easy to understand and implement.  This allowed us to quickly get up and running, and start generating incremental revenue.

**What do you dislike about HealthArc?**

Some of the features are still under development.  I think that's primarily because some of the programs, like RTM, are still relatively new and use cases are still being developed.

**What problems is HealthArc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to implement new service programs, such as Remote Therapeutic Monitoring for CBT and Principal Care Management.
