It is easy to learn to use and is comparable to other school management softwares. Their customer support is quick to respond and efficient at troubleshooting. **What do you dislike about Harmony School Management?** The appearance of Harmony leaves a lot to be desired. It seems to take a lot of "clicks" to get where you want to be online. Many of the features require the user to have the popup blocker turned off. It is not user-friendly for parents and students. Also, it isn't easy to narrow down the reports to get the correct information. **What problems is Harmony School Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is nice that Harmony syncs with Canvas for grade importing and setting up classes. It is also helpful that parents' employment information is easily accessible for making parent contact. ### 2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Harmony School Management?** Harmony School management has many features to make things easier for teachers and administrators. Teachers seem to learn to use it fairly easily. Also their support is quick and usually able to fix problems effectively. **What do you dislike about Harmony School Management?** There is an annoying navigation issue that comes up at times. A popup us used to navigate to the next step, but if the user has scrolled down too far the pop up does not show up. They have to scroll up to find it, and they sometimes forget and are stuck. Another situation where navigation is difficult is that in one context users can only load a page of students at a time. They have to guess which page the student they are looking for is on, or load several pages one at a time until they find the one they need. **What problems is Harmony School Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps teachers quickly document the things they need to document, such as discipline referrals. Another feature that saves time is synced with our learning management system (Canvas) using Clever.
