Harmony allows teachers to document various aspects of their interactions with students, such as grades and discipline reports. It is easy to learn to use and is comparable to other school management softwares. Their customer support is quick to respond and efficient at troubleshooting. The appearance of Harmony leaves a lot to be desired. It seems to take a lot of "clicks" to get where you want to be online. Many of the features require the user to have the popup blocker turned off. It is not user-friendly for parents and students. There is an annoying navigation issue that comes up at times. A popup us used to navigate to the next step, but if the user has scrolled down too far the pop up does not show up. They have to scroll up to find it, and they sometimes forget and are stuck. Another situation where navigation is difficult is that in one context users can only load a page of students at a time.
