## About Hardline
Hardline is construction documentation software that turns phone calls, site walks, and meetings into structured project records. Built for general contractors, residential builders, and specialty trade contractors, it gives superintendents, foremen, project managers, and project engineers a written record of the conversations that move a job forward. Hardline uses AI to organize spoken details into conversation summaries, decisions, commitments, and action items. Those details become daily logs, draft requests for information (RFIs), punch items, tasks, and meeting minutes. Photos and videos add jobsite context alongside the conversation. Common uses include preparing daily reports, documenting verbal scope changes, tracking subcontractor commitments, capturing site-walk observations, and following up on delivery dates or unresolved issues. Project records are searchable, so the details of a conversation can be found later. Hardline connects field conversations to existing construction workflows through integrations with Procore, Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Fieldwire. It brings the phone call, the jobsite discussion, and the resulting follow-up into the project record, reducing the need to reconstruct what happened at the end of the day.
