"Happeo changed everything"

Happeo changed everything at our virtual/remote organization! We were bogged down with ineffective communication channels like email and messaging apps. "From a repository to a social intranet, a very user friendly and modern tool!"

What do you like best about Happeo?

Happeo team provided from the very beginning great support, and they also have partners to guide in the onboarding process for the setup of the whole Intranet. We are just starting the actual implementation so it is too early to give a final feedback, but what we have seen and tested so far is a seamless and easy integration with Google Suite, which will consistently speed up our workflow. What do you dislike about Happeo?

As of today I haven't found things I disliked. Again, it is too early to give a complete feedback, we have just completed software selection and started implementing the Intranet, and so far the support and impression has been very good. Recommendations to others considering Happeo:

If you need an Intranet which looks fresh, young, modern and scalable, that's a tool to consider. Also, the reliability and availability of the team is one of their major strengths, which is greatly appreciated and brings a lot of value! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We will first of all start to use it as a repository for most important document (HR, IT, Company policies, etc.). We will also have a place to gather information about all people in our companies and overall org. view. Then we will explore social functions in order to promote engagement and interaction in the company, in the hope to significantly improve customer experience. "College Use of Happeo for Intranet"

What do you like best about Happeo?

I like the flexibility of Happeo as an Intranet solution. The social aspects are engaging and support communication within our organisation. The integration with Google is seamless and well supported. Our college use of Google Education is vital, and this is why we selected Happeo as our Intranet solution. What do you dislike about Happeo?

The page editor is a little limited compared to tools such as the Google Site page editor. It would be nice to duplicate sections on a page, and have the ability to insert buttons with text and icons. "Easy to use internal communication platform"

What do you like best about Happeo?

Happeo offers all functionalities needed for an internal comms platform: pages for static content, channels for news updates and collaboration and the people directory for connecting with co-workers. It's also neatly integrated with GSuite.

We have found that setting up all of these elements is easy and intuitive, content creators quickly become experts at it. It also allowed us to reflect our corporate design very well with only a few clicks.

We are still in the pre go-live phase so we'll see how features such as the channels, which are new to us, will be adapted by our colleagues but our early adopter feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

What do you dislike about Happeo?

Migrating content from other platforms (we used Confluence before) can be time consuming, mainly because of formatting issues. However, it's well worth spending the time to adapt content and to adapt it to Happeo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an outdated internal comms platform which did not make it appealing to create and maintain content. We were also communicating mainly by emails, which made finding information again difficult. Additionally, we wanted to create a virtual home for our company and all information and updates around it.
