What do you like best about Happeo?

What do you like best about Happeo?

Happeo is very intuitive. If you're used to Google tools and social media, it will look very familiar and user friendly.

I like the idea of having static content (pages) that can easily be updated, and interactive content (channels) to encourage interaction between employees. Especially when everyone is working at different locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happeo?

Having to have a gmail address to be able to use Happeo.

The invite email is currently set by default in English. It would be very useful to be able to change the language settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Happeo enables us to have a centralised tool with information and up to date processes. Before all the info was difficult to find for employees, who often had to ask different people and sources before being able to find an answer.

We understand how sharing information can be overwhelming but we can help you with this. We have some advice for you and if you want to know more you can contact your customer success manager.

Here's our advice:

- Customize notification settings to filter your alerts

- Check the settings of your lifecycle management

- Create a strategy of guidelines for your intranet content creation

- Have community managers so you can spread out basic content management tasks

- Regularly communicate with members about the current state of your intranet content

- Make sure you have a protocol in place to know where to go/retrieve company content

- Evaluate what's working and what isn't

What do you like best about Happeo?

I like that it has easy syncing capabilities with Google Drive. It is also reasonably easy to create new pages and insert different widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happeo?

I don't like that the widgets are difficult to customize. Overall, the editing interface is not intuitive, and I struggle to make pages look appropriate. I also think it would be helpful to have more size options for widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Happeo?

We're a month into our implementation. Integration with Google is slick, and helpful in managing IT tasks. Documentation as part of the onboarding is very helpful and well thought out. It has also encouraged better practices in our Workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the integrations with Channels need improvement, Slack namely needs two way sync. I wish some of the widgets were more visually appealing and modern, but they are much better than Google's versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
