**What do you like best about Hanko?**

Team is hyper-responsive and helpful. Their support is very quick and they assist with setting things up without any issue.

**What do you dislike about Hanko?**

No SAML SSO for PRO plans is a bit of a bummer but that's it.

**What problems is Hanko solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For privately hosted enteprise environments, having passwordless authentication is a great feature. It is not something per-se expected but always received with much surprise and happiness. It helps with positioning and a statement to data privacy, convenience and new standards.
