Hailo Agency Reviews & Product Details

Hailo Agency is an all-in-one platform for non-medical home care agencies, built around an AI office manager. It answers every inquiry call, works every lead and keeps caregivers on schedule. Most agencies lose clients and caregivers to the phone: calls after hours go to voicemail, leads go cold, and applicants drop off before their interview. Hailo’s AI answers your agency’s calls 24/7. It takes down care needs and contact details from families, screens caregiver applicants, and books interviews and follow-ups, so your office team starts each day with a clear list instead of missed calls. Everything the AI captures goes straight into the rest of the platform: Client CRM and intake: track every inquiry from the first call to an active client. Caregiver recruiting and onboarding: applicant tracking, interview booking, and onboarding documents with e-signatures. Scheduling and shift coverage: build schedules, handle call-outs, and contact available caregivers to fill open shifts. EVV: GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out from the Hailo Caregiver app (iOS and Android). Billing and payroll: invoices with online payments, payroll hours by pay period, and reports. Family portal: clients and families can see upcoming visits and pay invoices online. Hailo is designed for small and growing agencies that want less admin and faster response times without hiring more office staff. You can start with call answering, CRM and recruiting alongside the scheduler you already use, or run the whole agency on Hailo.
