**What do you like best about Guidespark?**

Guidespark software enables companies to create Communication Journeys: campaigns, content experiences, and messages that drive employee adoption and alignment.

**What do you dislike about Guidespark?**

It needs to improve in the areas of capabilities to build and run complex sets of communication Journeys to support all the strategic initiatives.
Also, it helps if it provides a roadmap of content experiences, and campaigns, which helps to motivate employees to take action.

**What problems is Guidespark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it effectively segments employees and builds communication Journeys based on employee demographics, tenure, and roles.
Yes, I am more productive with this software.

Hard to scale when there are different needs among the team members

**What do you like best about Guidespark?**

Guide Spark is a great resource to create immersive experiences and teach employees about topics. The videos and graphics produces are phenomenal, and the team is excellent to work with. Employees have provided positive feedback about the videos and infographics that the team created for us. 

The team is also great. They take the time to get to know their clients to ensure that content aligns with the brand.

**What do you dislike about Guidespark?**

The platform takes some getting used to, but is overall easy to use after learning it.

**What problems is Guidespark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidespark helped us create beautiful content that was usually presented in person. We've been able to inform and educate employees through the platform and we will continue to expand on our journeys.

**What do you like best about Guidespark?**

Guidespark created professionally branded performance and talent resources for Truist.    They always responded promptly and were willing to customize as much as possible to meet the needs of our employees.

**What do you dislike about Guidespark?**

There was nothing we disliked about the support Guidespark provided.

**What problems is Guidespark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidespark created resources that grabbed our teammates attention.  Immediately following a merger, our teammates were overwhelmed with communication and the short videos were a great way to capture their attention and provide support.

**What do you like best about Guidespark?**

Ease of use, great service team, and turn around time for production and changes were fast!  Also, the quality and the value to receive is great!

**What do you dislike about Guidespark?**

Probably the fact that the videos are on a one year agreement.  This means that even if you don't make changes to a process that's featured, you can re-use the video after the term is over.

**Recommendations to others considering Guidespark:**

Give them a try.  They are excellent at what they do and their sales and service team are very collaborative.

**What problems is Guidespark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To deliver a consistent message to all branch locations.  With the Guidespark videos we were able to do just that.
