**What do you like best about Guest Tracker?**

It is easy to manage past guest information, future reservations, and current guests with this software. I especially love that you can make notes on each guest, and search past guests when making reservations. This makes it easy to see if recurring guests have requests or preferences when booking their stay. It also helps keep track of guests who have caused problems in the past. 

**What do you dislike about Guest Tracker?**

Some of the more advanced features are difficult to figure out on your own. The program we use was set up by prior management, and the only option Guest Tracker gives you for assistance is a very expensive CD tutorial.

**What problems is Guest Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Guest Tracker we have drastically reduced the number of "problem guests" returning because we can immediately see the notes entered during their previous stays when entering their name.
