We use GROW to manage client campaign key performance indicators and track the health and performance of marketing and fundraising campaign efforts. You can easily integrate manual data via Google Drive or directly link in Facebook and Google based APIs. The implementation process is seamless once you have a system in place for creating standardized datasets. The customer support is top notch, unlike any other support service I have encountered. While GROW has many capable features, there are some slight nuances such as the capability of archiving of old dashboards. Some of the tools and metric functionality can be limiting. There is a limited selection of metric types that are compatible with data explorer, requiring some creative workarounds to get specific visualizations (Candlestick/ herring charts used for stock pricing would be amazing). Also, the character limit for dashboard titles is too restrictive and seems unnecessary. It would also be great to have folders for the dataset menu to maintain organization at scale. I like it the most that Grow.com makes it easy to see all my data in one place, no need to navigate to different places to access my data.
