Onething which is dont like in Grow.com that is the limitation of data source integration & cost factor.

It helps me to visualize the business insights, and most important things is the customizable dashboard and realtime data updates which helps me to take the valuable business decisions. And also the collaboration things help me alot.

**What do you like best about Grow.com?**

As an analyst, I have recently started working on this tool and this is by far the best. It helps me to create powerful data visualisation as well as to gain insight from that data. The dashboards are easy to use and the real time insights gives even more understanding of the data.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

There's nothing much to dislike but I think it's a bit overpriced.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to create interactive dashboards and give real time insights. It can be connected to hubspot as well as Salesforce which I mainly use in my job. This is comparatively to other visualisation tools easy to use.

The loading speed of metrics and dashboards compared to our prior service.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

Some of the formatting and charting options leave much room to be desired such as scaling/limiting axis, labeling and some of the color assigning.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It becomes the one source for data for us connecting multiple sources and combining it.  It is giving us faster analytics on sales and trends.

**What do you like best about Grow.com?**

Grow was extremely user friendly for those who do not have a technical background. You could easily train yourself on the platform, however both the support articles and the support team are also extremely helpful! I also like the user permissions features as it is very robust.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

We left Grow because it could not hold the amount of data that we have. It was extremely slow for us and it made it very hard to use or build metrics.

Grow helped us with viewing departmental goals, and tracking our success within the business

There is nothing to dislike. Some times get stuck on the app but that is not a problem as well.

Provides us with the ability to get personalised reports without any unnecessary 'noise' or detail.

The back end seems quite complex to work so really need an IT expert to do the set up, but once it's working it's great for users.

Overall user experience is one of its kind. I am a regular user but I would like it even more if I can have a feature to expand on the charts and get better insights. Easy to implement. I use it quite frequently though and customer support has been excellent

Data population is a bit slow, often we see late data population.

I love how digestible the dashboards are and that I can see how we're trending across the org.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

Nothing! I don't think I can go back to having to run all of these reports in Salesforce or just not knowing what's going on.

Grow makes it easy to view metrics across the org - everything ranging from new business won to churn rate, etc. It's super easy to look at and find what I'm curious about!

Grow.com has a great team supporting its customers. They have most of the integrations that most people need, but if they don't, they have some great recommendations for warehouses. They're very smart, and I enjoy working with them.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

Although it promotes itself as a BI tool, I believe it doesn't have all of the BI qualities. It's a tool that allows you to create your own analytics, and metrics and has it refreshed often throughout the day. The tool does not do the thinking for you.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to keep seeing how data is evolving. With their great team, they also helped me figure out how to find data that I would never be able to accomplish alone.

It's extremely easy to use and learn, even as someone who doesn't have expertise in SQL or other similar platforms.

Nothing right now that we can think of, if we do find anything I'll be sure to update.

Grow is a great site for tracking, managing, and utilizing data to monitor, coach, and improve performance. It's so easy to use with a plethora of options, that I'm sure it can be utilized for so much more!

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

There are still some limitations on effectively connecting data sources to Grow, but that's certainly not something that they are completely responsible for. In fact, for my particular application, I would be far more likely to blame the source for making it difficult to retrieve the necessary data.

**Recommendations to others considering Grow.com:**

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Their support team is efficient and incredibly helpful in getting you the answers that you need.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our company, Grow.com has allowed us to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed. We're more productive and business performance has seen a steady increase as a result of the tracking.

It has a ton of helpful features, is very customizable, and helps set goals for everyone on the team. It helps track progress and can hold people accountable for their numbers.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

The only downside to Grow, at least in my experience is that sometimes it is not always accurate or takes too long to update certain categories. It usually corrects itself in time.

It helps track productivity and solves the problems of accountability. Financially we are benefiting from setting higher goals and Grow helps co-workers achieve them

Easy to ready reporting that has all the data you need in order to see metrics and numbers. Love the leaderboard dashboards that allow us to see who is leading the organization in sales and other metrics.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

There is nothing I dislike about Grow. I don't manage it or do anything on the backend. Literally just navigate to the page and view the data that we need to see.

Easy access to data that is directly integrated with Salesforce showcasing leaderboards and metrics.

Only upside is the design of the analytics

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

It seems like there is a trend in all of the negative reviews. Once you decide to cancel, all communication is cut off and you are blacklisted.

I am still a paying client of grow because after canceling 3 months ago, they will not respond my organization. I've reached out several times. 

After we joined 18 months ago, they changed the system which made it impossible for our company to use it.

It made building connections very difficult and complicated. 

In my experience there are much better and more affordable options and companies with much higher integrity then this one.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are unable to solve the issue because communication has stopped.

We found other options now that are far better than Grow at generating analytics and making the build process much more simple.

Grow is an amazing tool to maintain a visualization during the work week.  I love the easy-to-read graphics and knowledge of where I am lacking in my metrics.

I would love for it to calculate in "real-time" instead of a lag of a few hours.

Grow is extremely user-friendly.  A great tool!

**What do you like best about Grow.com?**

Grow is a great BI tool. The integrations, UX/UI, and overall product experience is top notch for their target market. They always seem to be innovating and continuing to make their product better. Their tech support is solid too.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

The only reason I'm giving this low review is because of how they handled our business through the pandemic. As a small business, and probably a tiny, tiny client for them, they refused to work with us on a deal to get out of contract. I explained to them that how our business had to cut back expenses in order to make it through the times and they flat out refused to even budge. We even offered to meet them half way but they just cut off communication. No empathy for our small business. We just wanted to at least get out early of our contract but they wouldn't hear us out.

Unfortunately, the service we received was unprofessional and just sad. They have a ton of benefits but the awful service we received overshadowed the benefits.

**What do you like best about Grow.com?**

I like the quick insights and ability to pull data from most of the platforms, CRMs and places where we need to pull data from. This has allowed me to quickly look at our strategy and make decisions from one place

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

It can be a little clunky at times and harder than I'd like to change a dashboard to see what I need to see. I also would like to be able to save filters based on the user.

Quick insights so I can make quick decisions. It has also saved me time and allowed my direct reports to look in one place to see all our efforts coming together in one place

**What do you like best about Grow.com?**

Grow works with various tools to provide reports, which is excellent. How simple it is to explore and learn, as well as how helpful the Grow staff is in making sure everything is set up appropriately. The built-in transformation layer is straightforward and straightforward to utilize.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

Charts don't always appear correctly, and I have to reload a few times to get them to load. It took a long time to figure out how to build up metrics, and it frequently necessitated consulting with support or utilizing SQL.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a single location to view our performance from many data sources. We might have some data in Google ads, some data in our CRM, some data in a spreadsheet, and so on. Grow, on the other hand, lets us bring all of this data together so that we can display all of these features on the same dashboard.

I love how this has cut down on hours of reporting. There are so many integrations that you just have to log in and pick which data you want. It will bring everything in, and you can create custom dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

I haven't found any downsides yet. We are still in the honeymoon phase :-) there aren't any bugs that we've come across. It's honestly amazing and saves us so much time.

Grow.com has cut down on hours of reporting. There are so many integrations that you just have to log in and pick which data you want. It will bring everything in, and you can create custom dashboards. The biggest problem we are solving is having all of our dashboards in one place. Previously we were getting all of our data from the source and then re-formatting and putting it into a spreadsheet, and then creating graphs and charts from that. Then we'd have to share the sheet with others. And if someone wanted to edit the spreadsheet, everyone else had to get out of it. With Grow, we can have unlimited users inside the dashboards at once.

The biggest problem we are solving is having all of our dashboards in one place. The large breadth of software that Grow interacts with to generate reports is incredible. I was able to create a large array of dashboards with the easy to use Grow tools

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

I struggled with joining multiple reports together through Grow which could have saved headache from the original reporting tool. I think it would be helpful if there were a more thorough Report joining function.

**Recommendations to others considering Grow.com:**

When using Grow it's worth taking a few tutorials to better understand the ease of use but its surprisingly quick to pick up and use and a lot of fun

Creating easy to use reporting dashboards for our clients and sharing our metrics in an easy to use format. Our clients love it and we're able to customize requests in a fairly quick time frame.

Shlightly confusing for a first time user but once you get a hang of it it gets easier.

I enjoy the ease of use and ability to manipulate the data within the tool itself. It is easy to use for a beginner to create simple charts. But also has a greater ability to manipulate complex data if you're more familiar with the product. Another small thing that is really cool is that you can change the colors to match the brand that you are working with. As an agency, this is great to be able to show the client their data with the next level of personalization and making it really feel like it's party of their brand.

The number of apps you can integrate with could definitely expand. And you have to be pretty familiar with where to find the data in the tool you're integrating with otherwise it is really easy to get lost.

What's excellent about Grow is you can use it with simple training on it, but you can also take it to another level if you're more familiar with how to use the product. The drill-down features are wonderful, and the ability to filter the data across the entire dashboard is really great.

What made Grow ideal for a small(er) business like ours is the fact they provide all three components of a traditional data warehouse solution under one roof: warehouse, ETL, and BI. We were able to engage a single company to handle all of these services without any prior knowledge of cloud computing, business intelligence, etc.

The BI interface is much cleaner and easier to work with than another service that we have worked with. We have used Amazon Quicksight in the past and it always left me wanting more. I have not gotten that with Grow.

The ETL features that Grow provides are on par if not better than a lot of the "big boys"

**What do you dislike about Grow.com?**

I will occasionally encounter some user experience or user interface issues. For example, some of the SQL syntax highlighting/auto-completion will not work. Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.

**What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately we were looking for a business intelligence solution. We have quite a bit of data but with no real way to visualize and exhibit this information to stakeholders. We are currently looking to cross-reference application metrics/KPI's with sales and eCommerce numbers. We have never been able to view these figures in tandem before. Already we have had a few "Aha!" moments when dissecting this information. It has been incredibly enlightening.

Grow has many automatic connections for your data sources and many 1-click, pre-built metrics so it takes no time at all to get up and running and build your first dashboard. The interface is intuitive but very powerful. There are so many ways to display and slice your data. It is very easy to share dashboard with users and to give users varying levels of permission. Visually, it is stunning and it get people talking and thinking. For our department, it was just what we needed to bring marketing, programs and finance together.

The connection with Marketo is not as stable and we were hoping. This is due mostly to Marketo's rate limit and the shear amount of data the Marketo API has to pull. If you keep you calls small (7-14 days at a time) or upload weekly static smartlists instead, it works fine.

Our marketing teams can now see the impact of impact of campaigns and promotions immediately and the programs teams can see all the marketing efforts that go on to increase enrollment and participation on our programs. Especially the latest update changed everything for us! By introducing Dashboard filters you can now leave your data as granular as possible and filter all metrics in a given Dashboard to take a deeper dive into your data without having to create new metrics for every question you need to answer with just a few clicks. They always try to make grow.com a tool not only database experienced users can use but instead offer powerful transforms so you can prepare your data and make some simple charts without having to write a single line of query.

Very tedious to move metrics and duplicate dashboards. NEED dynamic dashboards...example is each of my sales reps has a personal dashboard with same metrics but I only want data to be theirs. Currently have to duplicate EVERY metric, which makes updates a nightmare.

When stakeholders want advanced metrics and data based on our Salesforce database, I hated going to Salesforce because reporting is so limited. Anything outside of the limited feature set would have to be done manually in Excel. With Grow, you can simply do so much more.
