**What do you like best about Showpass?**

Showpad provides a centralised platform to manage and organis sales and marketing content. This allows my team to easily upload, categorise, and update content, ensuring that the company's sales reps have access to the most up-to-date materials.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

Like any software platform, Showpad sometimes experiences occasional tech issues (system downtime, slow loading times, glitches). These issues are rare, but can disrupt sales activities and cause frustration when they occur.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpad means we can personalise content for specific customers or target audiences. This means our sales reps can tailor presentations, documents, and other collateral to suit individual prospects, enhancing the effectiveness of their sales interactions. It's particularly useful for our US team (we don't use it in the UK quite yet).

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

They are an OK platform but have several issues to resolve to be competitive against a company like Eventbrite. Much of their layout needs updating concerning creating a company profile and event. It can be hard to find things at times, though once understood, it's fine. The biggest issues are customer service, which started out great but ended up taking a very long time to resolve.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

If you are planning on putting on an event, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as they will not do periodic payouts. This means that any and all funding must be paid for out of pocket. This can make putting on an event very difficult, especially if its only a few times a year. Smaller events need working capital and the company I am a part of counted on those funds to put on the best show possible. Showpass made that impossible. Until they resolve these issues, I will not be using them again. Even then, it's going to have to be worthwhile switching. I am, unfortunately, unimpressed.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing that another service can't do better so far. They were a nice change in layout and access compared to competitors but just not up to par concerning payout structure.

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

Showpass is a comprehensive platform that incorporates a variety of customization options, integration methods, as well as an in-depth view of analytics that are crucial for event organizers. I like that it allows us to be flexible and have great control over ticketing our event. Having spoken to Showpass support as well, they're usually quick, kind, and always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

The hours to reach Showpass support are limited, especially if you're not one of the more premium clients of the platform. The fees charged may also at times be too expensive compared to other options in the ticketing industry.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpass turns the ticketing setup experience for an event pretty seamless and quick. We have utilized their easy-to-use platform to sell tickets while being integrated into Facebook and such social media platforms. The ability to set up discount codes easily is also something we utilize quite often.

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

Showpass does all the essentials of ticketing very well. Through assigned seating, easy to create and manage events, and a simple user-friendly interface it makes it great for an organization to utilize. Their customer support/experience team has been nothing but helpful at all times.
A feature that I am most excited to utilize for our events this summer is their Tracking Links that are fairly easy to understand, create, and provide to different customers a link to receive special/unique ticket offers and be able to track the number of sales at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

There are a few features that other ticketing platforms have that I have grown accustomed to using for previous events that Showpass does not currently have such as ticket exchanges, refunds onto account, or access to view paid seats directly on a seat map as examples. However, the customer support team has consistently provided workaround solutions for all of these uses for our team, and have informed us that they are committed to bringing forth these features to their development team to be added to the program at a later date.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpass is providing us with the platform to sell tickets and earn revenue for attendance at our games. The ease of use of the software saves lots of time and hassle, and their support team is great at coming up with and implementing solutions on the platform to some issues that have arisen internally with the logistics of ticketing/credits.

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

Showpass provides access to all kinds of events, activities and concerts for people of all ages.  If you're not sure what to do this weekend, or want to plan something fun with the kids, this is the place to go.  Such a huge variety of things to do.  Consider this your fun center!

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

Platform website could be better developed to attract more than just one timers, such as corporate event planners. Also, customer service has been known in the past to be unhelpful.  Continuous improvement in this area is always appreciated.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpass:**

This product is easy to use and a helpful tool for managing mid to large size events .

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning social events and activities for team building.  There is no financial benefits being received from using Showpass, but our staff have really enjoyed the events and activities, so we are likely to use Showpass again.

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

The experience was really smooth and it ended up being really easy to link it with my Facebook account, so I was able to complete my transaction within a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

One of the reasons I ended up using Facebook was because I kept on trying to use autofill on my phone, but it didn't work - it would just loop me back to the same page so I had to restart. Eventually using the facebook login got me past that.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I had before Showpass was not knowing that the Phillips Backyard Party was happening, but now that I've subscribed to Showpass I have tickets, and I'll be in the know for other hip happening things.

They have excellent customer service. Everytime I had an issue, they were on the ball and handled it immediately.

Honestly, I used Showpass for a few years when I hosted my annual charity gala, and I never had an issue with them at all.

If you're looking for a software that is easy and simple to use and you are not as tech savvy, Showpass is an excellent option for what you're looking for. The team at Showpass make the process simple and fun!

As they are also based in my hometown, I loved that I can connect with them at any moment. They made promoting our charity gala easy, simple and effortless.

Showpass is one of the best ways to keep up with events in your city. As a frequent event-goer with similar friends, this type of service along with ticket management is very useful!

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

I'm also an artist and the ticket sale management on the app for ticket sellers could be smoother. Truthfully don't remember why, only remember feeling that.

What shows to attend! Keeping track of sales is pretty sweet!

I like that it's digital. It's easy to buy tickets. More venue information would be valuable. It works with apps. And it should have the ability to scan. I think it's the biggest name in tickets right now.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

Scanning at the event is not easy. Showpass doesn't work with you to help or problem solve your own event's real-world issues with tickets purchasers. There could be better support. 

Accessibility.

It allows us to skip selling paper tickets to our event. We don't benefit from using it. It saves us time selling paper tickets. Our business may have increased, it's not east to tell. Our event has yet to happen.

Quick and responsive support team, open to feedback, good local Calgary alternative to other platforms such as Eventbrite, good Facebook integration and event statistics.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

Order form can be more robust, with a summary/blurb at the top of the form to allow for disclaimer on the collection of information. UX design is still not attractive, modern and clean.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpass:**

It's a more concert-focused platform but works well with basic event registration management.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration and ticketing for public and private events. So far, only free events are hosted using Showpass and the process has been seamless from selling tickets to checking in attendees.

Easy to purchase and manage tickets for a variety of events. One of my events I purchased tickets for was canceled and everything was managed through Showpass.

I didn't have any negative experiences when dealing with Showpass. When my energy was canceled, they offered a refund right through Showpass which made things easy.

I recommend others to use this platform to purchase tickets for any events they are interested in.

Showpass solved the issue of the canceled event and managed the refund and re purchasing tickets once the event was rescheduled.

Showpass has a lot of great features to make the platform easy to use for the organizer and clients purchasing tickets. The constant upgrades and improvement in the program is great.

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

Having multiple organizations makes it more of a challenge to use to cross-promote and compare reports. Having events run more than a weekend makes it challenging to store and gather information.

We are working on creating an easier reporting system. With running 4 events each with 10 - 30 event days, pulling reports is challenging with so many transactions.

Gives our fans another option to make quick, user friendly purchases for tickets. Gets them out of ticket lines and to their seats faster and easier

Pay outs happen on Mondays, our primary home games are Thursdays so there is some delay in accounting

Long box office lines, option to use plastic instead of cash only. Fans love the convenience and platform to simply purchase and not worry. Many fans will purchase online while in line at box office and comment it's like a VIP pass

**What do you like best about Showpass?**

I was looking for haunted experiences to go to this past fall and I found one through this site! The tickets were delivered virtually and promptly!

**What do you dislike about Showpass?**

The event I attended actually got rained out so they gave us a voucher for the amount of the tickets to repurchase the tickets. When I repurchased the tickets, the ticket price was covered, but Showpass charged us a second time for the fee which was a little frustrating.

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems to have tickets for more local or niche events.

Easy booking process. Lesser fee for ticket purchases. Canadian alternative to ticketmaster.

Not available for many events I am interested in going to. Can be annoying to set up an account. Need to become accustomed to new platform when I'm used to ticketmaster.

Able to use Canadian company for ticket purchases. Easy to make this substitution if available for events I would like to go to.

Um, there are no other vary event ticket that you could purchase or share on the app. So that part is limited.

The support we've received from the Showpass team has been outstanding.

Some of our ticket buyers dislike having to create an account, but being able to provide the option of calling Showpass to purchase a ticket solves this issue for us. 

**What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The opportunity to collect data from our customers is a huge benefit to us as it helps direct our marketing and better interact with our audience. The website interface is intuitive, clear and well organized and this saves us time and effort (essential for a small organization). The point of sale system is very convenient, especially considering that we're a rather unconventional event.
