**What do you like best about GroupNews?**

GroupNews has been really good at helping us reduce the amount of email and Slack chatter that we would send around about our ongoing projects and client relationships. Spinning up a new post is basically as easy as writing an email, and we’ll always be able to find it later for reference. Discussions on posts help keep updates organized and in context.

The shared calendar is also handy. Having project deadlines and launch dates available for everyone to reference is convenient.

The search works well for getting back to old posts and discussions, too.

Overall, it’s a pretty approachable and easy to use platform.

**What do you dislike about GroupNews?**

Would like more options for group members. For example, I’d like to be able to create teams of people so I could @mention everyone on a team, rather than having to tag individuals.

**What problems is GroupNews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned above, GroupNews has been good at helping us reduce the amount of email and Slack chatter that we’d send around about our projects. That’s freed up time for people, and helped minimize distractions.

Intuitive ease of use with minimal training for users.

**What do you dislike about GroupNews?**

I have not seen too many down sides for our use of staying connected, making decisions, keeping event dates, issuing minutes and notices.

**What problems is GroupNews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying connected, reducing proliferation of email, keeping up with important dates, distribution of meetings and notices
