## GRIN Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Campaign Monitoring with Minor Performance Hiccups

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Temiloluwa E. | Content creator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

I really appreciate having a dashboard for each brand where I can see details about previous and present campaigns. It's helpful to see what the brand has sent me and what I've earned collaborating with them. The platform also keeps track of my name profile and social media accounts, which helps me manage the information I've shared with brands. Setting up GRIN was simple, which made the whole process smooth.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

Sometimes the website can be slow in performance

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GRIN to receive money for campaigns and to monitor brand campaigns. It gives me a dashboard to track campaign details and manage my information with the brand.

  ### 2. Great for Partner & Affiliate Revenue Tracking, but Pricing Adds Up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Chief Snacking Officer - CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

It was good at managing paid partners and worked well for tracking revenue from affiliates and influencers.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

Price was really high and they billed you for everything

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to manage influencers and affiliates and track their sucess trough their links/codes. We also used it to help scale and source people for those programs.

  ### 3. Great way to run multiple campaigns at once will tracking all the incoming content!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lia P. | Director of Affiliate Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

I love that it has so many options for tracking content! Being able to track content and labelling it with tags and sorting it by certain filters is so helpful when selecting influencers to work with for upcoming campaigns and for when you just want to see what content is being posted and by who instead of having to look through their page every 5 minutes seeing if they have posted yet.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

The platform sometimes does take a while to load stuff but I think it's because there is so much data involved.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping my team track the content that is being posted but influencers we are working with along with the conversions coming from these influencers. Tracking content is something that people don't realize takes a siuper long time and if you have not tracking your data is lost floating around in the meta world. The helps us know who and what is making my brand the most money and helping me track which influencers I have to cover each niche. Planning upcoming campaigns and selecting influencers has never been easier!

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the tracking options and finding them helpful for your influencer campaigns.

  ### 4. The Influencer Management Tool I Was Missing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda Q. | Content Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

As a one person social & influencer team, GRIN has been incredibly helpful. I love the affiliate capabilities, specifically being able to build a landing page that interested creators can apply to. Previously if we received a message from someone interested in working with us, I would have to manually respond with my personal work email address if we wanted to work together, but now I can just direct them to our affiliate page to apply. Additionally, when we would do outreach, we would just cold slide into someone’s DM and have to keep track of the conversation, ask for sizes, shipping, etc. But, now we can search and outreach directly in the platform. If someone is interested in working with us, they can just apply and enter all of their information without me having to chase them and have full conversations. I also love the curated lists where their team selects influencers based on your specifications, that has been incredibly helpful. Overall, I’m really happy with the platform and the team has been great with training and helping you.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

Not GRIN’s fault, but our site is not on shopify or another populat server which means I have to manually add products which is time consuming. Again, not their fault but that would be my only negative.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I’m a team of one, we have a bandwidth issue obviously. A lot of the times, I would be stuck in this hamster wheel of having to manually outreach, track conversations in a messy Instagram inbox and chase people for needed info but with GRIN I can really streamline the process. I’ve tried a few different platforms that have promised to streamline the process and GRIN is the only one that I’ve found to really be helpful for my needs.

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with GRIN! We're glad to hear that the platform has helped you streamline your influencer management process and has been a valuable resource for you.

  ### 5. Great CRM for outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie P. | Campaign Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

Love the ability to manage campaigns end to end, from identifying influencers to payment. The search feature, campaign setup, payment, and email is all very easy to use. Being able to sort lists of creators by tags, contact date, amount of conversions - all very useful to work with large groups of people. Influencer search feature has improved a lot in the last month.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

As with any platform, it experiences bugs or the site can get bogged down and work slowly, which can intefere with efficiency. The support team is responsive but it can take several hours. This can be a problem if campaigns or data needs to be reviewed immediately.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grin allow us to organize all campaigns and contacts in one central place. It also allows us to organize all payments in one place which has been so streamlines and easy!

**Official Response from Becca Simpson:**

> Thank you, Valerie! We're happy to hear that you find GRIN's features helpful for managing campaigns and influencers. We understand your concerns about bugs and slow site performance, and we're constantly working to improve our platform's stability and speed. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive for optimal support response times.

  ### 6. Easy Influencer Management with GRIN

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara L. | Director of Integrated Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

We’ve been using GRIN for almost a year now and have been able to scale our influencer program through the platform. The search tool is easy to use and it’s simple to manage the content creator relationships. We also appreciate the ability to create program landing pages without requiring any of our Dev resources to do complex coding.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

The platform is a bit complicated to navigate in terms of sorting influencers by the amount of interaction you’ve had with them. It’s a manually process to make sure you’re updating their status correctly or else you could end up sending the wrong notices to people. Also, many creators do not understand that they need to uploads their assets to GRIN, so managing their deliverables becomes a bit difficult.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a large enough team to manage influence marketing in house but also do not have the budget to hire an external agency right now. GRIN has been very helpful for us in cutting down the research time it used to take to find the right influencers. Also, the connection to Shopify makes it so much easier for us to track and deliver our product to the content creators.

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve in these areas.

  ### 7. Very Happy with GRIN!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie M. | Manager, Influencer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

The GRIN team is great to work with. They're super knowledgable and very helpful with learning how to use the platform, troubleshooting, etc. I also like that it's really easy for the influencers/creators to place orders, reference their codes/links, and submit content. This along eliminates a lot of logistical headaches!

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

For me, the biggest negative is not being able to customize which metrics we're collecting and reporting on. There are some that are automatically collected that we don't use (taps back for stories), and others that I'd like to include in reporting (sticker taps for stories) that are not.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a team of one, so the ability to automate some admin tasks/follow-ups has been a lifesaver.

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that our team has been helpful and that our platform has made your creator management easier.

  ### 8. Questionable Data, Poor Customer Service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

Nothing about the platform. Decent onboarding experience.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

Influencer data and reports are unreliable and seem completely out of step with results.
You essentially pay to mine for influencers to add them to their database, and emails: users PAY THEM to add data to their influencer CRM. Their CRM is full of JUNK influencers - they should automatically weed out the "fakes," but offer that as an upsell so you can PAY THEM MORE FOR THEM TO FIND DECENT TALENT FOR YOU.
Difficult to set up and use. Not user intuitive.
Want you to fix their business model for them by meeting with senior leadership to get solutions, and then don't honor requests to terminate contracts early.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing. I wanted it to solve the issue of finding, vetting, and recruiting influencerst and UGC creators on a key accoun without busting budget. It's clear that you get what you pay for and they're okay forcing customers to stay locked in a contract despite a sub-standard product.

  ### 9. Grin Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

It is easy to use and does come with some good features. The team will take into consideration functions that their users would like and they are also quick to respond during service hours with any questions.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

There have been a few issues that took time to solve. Also, depending on our strategy we may require to limit the functions that the creators see and they get full transparency with their link. The find a creator feature is a bit wonky as the search isn't always accurate. Also, some of the creators listed are no longer posting even when I add the filter about recency. Where some tools are great for companies that have limited SKUs it isn't as nimble with a company like ours that has thousands of SKUs and products coming and going in our inventory.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've had several issues and the team is good with keeping us informed of their progress. I think some of the questions/issues get lost in translation and are never 100% fixed, but I find workarounds.

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GRIN's ease of use and the team's responsiveness! We apologize for the issues you've encountered, and are continuously working to improve our features.

  ### 10. Best for e-commerce. Still lacking for Tech program.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about GRIN?**

Within Grin, you can create a variety of what they call "activations" which are essentially just groups of creators who you give specific resources to and are under the same structure.

Their customer support responds quickly. I use Grin daily.

I do like that the creators don't have to login - they just get a unique link. Not really sure how secure that is but it makes it easy for the program administrators.

I like the social stats it gives me and how it can pull conversion reports for creators before I reach out.

The email sequences are easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about GRIN?**

The integration is not easy. There is no integration with SalesForce and the API is ok but definitely a manual life internally. The ease of use and implementation for a tech company is not their specialty and it shows. I have creators just email me their content since there have been several times they have issues with getting their content to load in GRIN. We have had issues with creators setting up their payment information, submit content and access their portal.

The payment structures and reporting have much to be desired when you are paying out on a leads basis and overall just would work better for an e-commerce structure.

I don't like that when I disqualify a commission, it will still show on the creators total amount needing to be paid. Its very confusing with the way they have commissions. I have used Refersion , LeadDyno , ShareASale, FlexOffers, and Commission Junction and I would say the payment aspect of GRIN is far lacking compared to what is available in this space.

**What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paying out in one place - collecting tax information and handling all that for creators.

**Official Response from Mackenzie Mesford:**

> We appreciate your detailed feedback about your experience. It's great to hear that you find the social stats and email sequences valuable. We understand your frustrations and continue to work on enhancing our platform.
