Not much, apart from the lack of options to customize the personal experience (visual/functional settings for individual users). Since this is due to the inherent design of the product, it doesn't really bother me.

Gridly is so powerful. Not only a translation tool, the intuitive grid setup and the API connection means we now also use it publish various types of content directly into our games, such as News and Competitions. Views, filters, searches and access controls makes it our preferred grid tool, over Google Sheets in many cases.

Gridly has allowed us to scale up the localization on our projects in a way that wasn't achievable before, centralizing everything for the team. Can be as complex or simple as you want, different settings for different users. Safe to manage and process large sets of data with history and branches, where you can set up sanity checks to validate your data . It's hard to think about a dislike - we've used this system for a long time over many projects, but we've run into some technical issues over the years, especially in the early days, but much less frequent as it has matured.
