## About Greenbeam
Greenbeam is a workforce capability platform that helps organisations understand, measure, and act on human capability to support workforce planning, development, mobility, and succession decisions. Most organisations make important workforce decisions without a clear, consistent view of capability. Instead, they rely on proxies such as job titles, tenure, credentials, or manager judgement. These signals are often difficult to compare or defend, making it harder to prioritise investment, manage risk, or explain decisions. Greenbeam addresses this by providing a structured, evidence-led view of capability that can be used in real organisational decisions. The platform is designed for HR, workforce planning, and business leaders who need a clearer, more defensible understanding of workforce readiness and capability risk. It focuses on capability as applied ability in a real work context, rather than relying solely on skills or self-reported data. Greenbeam enables organisations to define what “good” looks like in capability terms aligned to their objectives, assess current capability through structured self and manager input supported by evidence, and maintain a shared, auditable view of capability over time. This visibility helps identify where capability is strong, where gaps exist, and where risk may impact delivery. It also supports translating insight into prioritised action across development, redeployment, hiring, and succession. Greenbeam is not a reporting dashboard or a one-off assessment tool. It is designed to support ongoing decisions where consistency, explainability, and accountability matter. The platform strengthens human judgement by providing structure and evidence rather than replacing it. Greenbeam can also complement existing HR systems by adding a decision layer that improves how workforce data is interpreted and applied, enabling more consistent and defensible decisions about capability investment, risk, and workforce readiness.

## Greenbeam Reviews
  ### 1. Revolutionized Our Hiring with Potential-Based Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah N. | Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

I like Greenbeam's ability to assess potential in a structured, objective way by combining aptitude, psychometric, and skills evaluation. Their friendly customer service is also a strong point, with the Account, Tech Support, and Product teams being responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. The initial setup was easy, allowing candidates to individually sign up and complete the account creation process.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

Overall our experience has been very positive, but there are a few areas where enhancements would add further value. We make frequent use of the jobs board, so additional functionality around managing multiple job postings would be helpful, for example, the ability to save templates or clone existing roles. It would also be beneficial to have more control and customization over candidate and hiring manager communications, particularly the automated emails sent through the platform for the hiring process.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Greenbeam to identify talent based on potential, moving beyond CV screening. It reduces bias with objective data and gives a better view of candidates' capabilities. It improves hiring outcomes by accurately placing candidates and confirming their ability to learn and perform practically.

  ### 2. Transformative Insights with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ciara T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

I find Greenbeam to be a very user-friendly platform that encourages adoption and usage. My team really enjoyed using it. I appreciate the two-sided manager and employee skill validation and verification process. I love the insights and analytics, which are really powerful for understanding my team in greater detail. I also love the auditable trail it provides when assigning skill levels, making the data defensible during presentations. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making setup and onboarding straightforward, especially with the help of an account manager and an excellent library of videos and tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

I overall had a really good experience. There are things I would like to do moving forward that we haven't done yet, like automatically linking in with our training, like our LinkedIn Learning programs, so that we don't have to build development plans from scratch every time.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenbeam helps me identify skill gaps and manage team capabilities effectively. It's user-friendly, supports on-the-job learning, and provides powerful insights for more informed decisions. The analytics allow me to see capability details and create defensible skill level reports, enhancing hiring and development planning.

  ### 3. Greenbeam supports talent matching to skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

Greenbeam is excellent at quickly aligning existing documentation to a skills framework and supporting consistent skills language across our needs.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

Greenbeam is not yet synched with key in flow of work platforms that would make it more habitual to use - this is on the road map I believe.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of aligning job role descriptions to a skills framework and then enabling tracking of development and performance in the flow of work.

  ### 4. Great for Structured Discussions, But Needs Better Action Plan Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

Helped me to have a structured discussion about development with my line manager

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

Did really provide the guidance I was looking for. More support on the actions plan would be helpful as I think this is the area most people struggle with.

If you don't need to up skill then the platform doesn't seem to have any benefit.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's too early to say if it has solved a problem yet.

  ### 5. Great platform for learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harpreet C. | Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

There are free courses for different classes of people. Anyone who wants to change their career, WYWM Potential is a great platform that provides fundamental knowledge without any previous experience.
The platform is easy to use and technical/ customer support is provided in a timely manner by the course instructors or support.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

The only thing I think WYWM Potential is lacking is the industry approved-certificates. Certificates are provided at the end of each course/pipeline, but they are not widely recognized.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WYWM Potential is filling a gap of various skills to different class of people. I was able to train for free and change my career into IT by training on the platform. This platform is still beneficial for me to upskill myself which helps me prepare better in the job market. With the help of WYWM Potential, I have gained knowledge and training for free which I would not have gained anywhere else without paying. It has also provided me with many job opportunities. The knowledge and skills I have gained will stay with me for life long.

  ### 6. WYWM vouched for me and helped me break into Tech

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rogelio C. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

I like that WYWM trusts in their learners so much that succesffuly vouches for them with employers.
Assuming the responsibility of hiring the successful learners for one year its a great incentive for employers to bring WYWM learners as into their teams based on their potential rather than expierience,

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

Although the courses are great they need to be recorded again with better quality audio, captions and index.

Relying on lightboxes for the courses represents a significant challenge for learners for accesibility and reading issues.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WYWM solves the distance between employers and potential employees, also resolves the gap between acquiring the extact skills needed to succeed in the worforce

  ### 7. Great workforce skills management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George K. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

Having been using Potential for 3 months. My experience is it has made skills-based workforce management possible in an easy way. We can upload our job descriptions and have them translated into a universal skills framework. Employees can self-assess their own skills, and managers can verify for validity. Any gaps in skills we can automatically link the training that would bridge the gap. Best of all, we can take an organisational view to see where we are missing critical skills or where we have a surplus, so we can make informed decisions around upskilling, internal mobility and hiring.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

We have started small but plan to expand across the entire organisation. I do expect this will require some change management to get this onboard and I'd like to understand how features in the platform may help us do this.

Also the skills framework the platform aligns with is SFIA – this has been ok across most of our departments (e.g. sales, marketing, tech) but it would be good to include more custom skills frameworks over time (i.e. I own an architecture, design and engineering firm).

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a clear picture of the skills we actually have and where the gaps are. Being able to link to training to bridge the gaps is a great user experience too.

  ### 8. Using Potential has been a great experience. It has helped me build new skills in a practical way.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Greenbeam?**

I like that WithYouWithMe Potential offers clear, structured training paths and practical resources that make it easy to learn and apply new skills effectively.

**What do you dislike about Greenbeam?**

One thing I dislike is that some parts of the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with the amount of content available.

**What problems is Greenbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was I did not wanted to spend a tonne of money to take a course. Potential allowes you to enroll for free and then at the end there is a huge change that you will find a job!
