Their ability to intelligently layer market data by country, region, etc. helped us eliminate inconsistencies and local guesswork. We’ve standardized our job architecture and global pay structures while still giving local teams the flexibility to adapt based on market conditions. One of the biggest wins: our regional comp analysts actually use the system. It’s intuitive and easy to use and robust enough for my team to dive deep into analytics. I've used all the old systems, and the difference has been night and day. Greatpoint HR is faster, more intuitive, and much more affordable. I can market price in minutes and feel confident about the data. What I really appreciate is that I’m not paying extra for bloated features we don’t need. Their support team was hands-on during onboarding and continues to check in proactively. It’s clear they’re building this product the right way, with input from actual compensation professionals. What stood out to me is how practical the platform is—there’s no fluff, just what you need to do comp work efficiently and accurately. We’ve been able to overhaul our market pricing process, improve internal pay consistency, and have more confident comp conversations across the company.
