Creating salary structures is a breeze, and the visuals are top-notch. The user experience is extremely well thought out, it’s intuitive, efficient, and doesn’t require a thousand clicks to get to what you need. Their customer service is outstanding, and they take product feedback seriously, consistently making meaningful enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Greatpoint HR?**

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love to see even more integrations with other HR systems to make data sharing completely seamless.

GreatPoint HR gives us reliable, easy-to-access compensation data in one place. Instead of spending hours pulling information from multiple spreadsheets or systems, we can quickly find exactly what we need. **What do you like best about Greatpoint HR?**

As a comp manager supporting teams across 30+ countries, I needed a platform that could scale without overwhelming our team. Greatpoint HR delivered exactly that. Their ability to intelligently layer market data by country, region, etc. helped us eliminate inconsistencies and local guesswork. We’ve standardized our job architecture and global pay structures while still giving local teams the flexibility to adapt based on market conditions.

One of the biggest wins: our regional comp analysts actually use the system. It’s intuitive and easy to use and robust enough for my team to dive deep into analytics. Greatpoint HR has helped us move from reactive compensation firefighting to proactive global planning. We’re finally operating with consistency, confidence, and speed!

For highly specialized roles in less common locations, the data can be a bit sparse. That said, the team is proactive and always working to improve coverage.

**What do you like best about Greatpoint HR?**

I've used all the old systems, and the difference has been night and day. Greatpoint HR is faster, more intuitive, and much more affordable. I can market price in minutes and feel confident about the data. What I really appreciate is that I’m not paying extra for bloated features we don’t need. Their support team was hands-on during onboarding and continues to check in proactively. It’s clear they’re building this product the right way, with input from actual compensation professionals. If you're looking for a change without breaking your budget, this is it.

I have no complaints. We've been very happy.

**What do you like best about Greatpoint HR?**

We were nervous about switching comp tools, but Greatpoint HR made it incredibly easy. We were fully implemented in under 30 days, and their support team was with us every step of the way. What stood out to me is how practical the platform is—there’s no fluff, just what you need to do comp work efficiently and accurately. We’ve been able to overhaul our market pricing process, improve internal pay consistency, and have more confident comp conversations across the company. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other vendors. Honestly, this has been one of the smoothest software transitions we’ve made in HR.

Greatpoint HR is the first tool I’ve used that truly integrates market data, surveys, and internal structure planning in a way that feels seamless and intuitive. The bulk job pricing capabilities save my team hours each month, and their customer support is incredible, fast, knowledgeable, and US-based.

None yet—early days, but very pleased so far.

We were losing talent due to uncompetitive pay. Greatpoint HR gave us the tools to identify gaps and course correct fast. Having contextual market data and and a great salary structure solution in one platform is a game changer.

This is the best experience I’ve had managing surveys across multiple vendors. Greatpoint HR makes it easy to align survey data with job our architecture. We’re no longer relying on ancient software. This saves us so much time. It truly pays for itself. I felt trapped before I found greatpoint.

Only positive things to say so far. They get it.

Salary.com and Payscale were not meeting our needs, but there was no choice but to use them, until now. Now we get new features, and we don't over pay.

The interface is clean and highly usable, even when we’re managing 500+ benchmarked jobs. Their "comp in context" market pricing and ability to customize by region and company size is exactly what we needed. Salary range creation is now faster and much more useful than the others I have used.

Would love to see even more pre-built dashboards in the future.
