Even though I’m fluent in English, Grammarly has proven to be a valuable asset when drafting and refining any type of document and/or communication in my work environment. It has helped me discover new ways to express my ideas depending on the audience—whether it’s the general public, a customer, or my company—so the message lands the way I intend. It not only improves the flow of my writing, but also helps me paraphrase and reshape my thoughts so my messages are clearer, more concise, and straight to the point. As a matter of fact, I'm using Grammarly when redacting this response. It is a very easy-to-use and adaptable software, with zero complications and an easy-to-understand design. Because of this, the implementation throughout the company has been a breeze, and it integrates with the majority of applications I use daily when communicating with others. Because of this, I use it daily, applying its tools whenever I need to do so.

I haven't (yet) been exposed to Grammarly's customer support (in person or AI), and that is good, because I haven't needed to do so. Yet, if they are half as good and clear in their customer support procedures as the software is, when delivering quality results, then this is indeed a program that can only move forward and be better with time. Apart from it not being as fluent in Spanish, and requiring, sometimes, a little more knowledge (the program), in technical and legal jargon, this is a program that really does tick all my buttons. I haven't found anything I dislike per se, because, in my opinion, this is a very comprehensive suite of solutions for what I seek in a software like this. Grammarly is just so easy to use and is baked into everywhere you'd be doing word processing on the internet. It unobtrusively makes suggestions wherever you are, and even if you consider yourself a good writer (like I do) it helps you consider different phrasings. Sometimes I take its suggestions, other times I don't, but having them helps me understand the range of ways I could choose to communicate. One and only disadvantage of grammarly is that the platform make sure that the content is correct but for involving creative emotions in the paragraphs grammarly starts showing limitations. I feel Grammarly should be more functional. There should be new features, better integration with other apps, or improved accuracy. I would like Grammarly to integrate with a wider range of productivity and creative tools, like project management software such as Asana or Trello, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Additionally, I think more advanced AI-powered suggestions for tone and style adaptation, especially for different audiences and platforms, would be beneficial. A more robust collaboration mode, similar to Google Docs, where multiple users can edit and review documents simultaneously, would also be a great improvement. The GRAMMARLY UI is Incredibly Minimal And Understandable And The floating widget or sidebar provides real-time feedback which makes it very easy to use everyday. And It integrates so strongly with every website that it automatically corrects me and suggest. And Also Setting it up is the one click.
