**Describe the project or task Graffersid helped with:**

We initially approached Graffersid for developing our website and Mobile application. They had a different approach to it.

They first did a competitive analysis of the features and expectations of the client from the product point of view which brought some great insights. We made some significant changes to the requirement after which they developed an amazing product which has brought us to where we are.

**What do you like best about Graffersid?**

Their understanding of the business and ability to combine it with IT is simply phenomenal. Their quality of work is great and very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Graffersid?**

Nothing as such. They are a very professional in their approach and take very good ownership of their idea. It was a great experience working with them.

**Recommendations to others considering Graffersid:**

Be open to suggestions and reviews. They can turn down some suggestions and features but with proper reasoning to it. The product will as much theirs as it will be yours.
