It combines the capabilities of an SIS (Student Information System) and a student records database to integrate administrative and academic departments on campus. ## GradPro Reviews ### 1. GradPro is an affordable and effective SIS tool for student record management! **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2017 **What do you like best about GradPro?** GradPro was extremely useful in integrating and streamlining our student records with associated program requirements. It was especially helpful in administering our graduate assistants and their tasks. Hopefully, we will use it for setting graduation records and communicating information regarding enrollment in final courses, but that is yet to happen. I will update the review to share my experience once we reach that stage.. **What do you dislike about GradPro?** So far, I don't think there is anything to dislike in the functions and capabilities of GradPro. However, I would like to see more work on GUI and design. **Recommendations to others considering GradPro:** It is a great tool for managing student records, however, you should contact the company to request more info on your specific requirements before buying it. **What problems is GradPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us integrate our student records and enabled us to save significantly on costs for administering graduate assistantships. Also, we are currently rolling out the system for updating and integrating graduation records with course catalogs. ### 2. Big report capacities . Uses an IDS dialup and stores data in secure cloud servers. Can be accessed from multiple machines by multiples users. Allows for separation of data access based on the users role. Report formats can be saved and used multiple times for queries. **What do you dislike about GradPro?** Need to understand queries to provide effective reports. Can be difficult to understand how to generate the data you require. Custom reports take time to develop. **Recommendations to others considering GradPro:** Useful for a small school seeking to track students from application to graduation. **What problems is GradPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Student record management is effective. We can track students from application to graduation. Multiple users can see the data and use the portion they require for job function. Ability to store comments, attach documents, generate rosters, grade sheets, transcripts, etc. ### 3.
