Gradient Cyber has completely changed how we manage security. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with intuitive dashboards and seamless cross-correlation of data across our network, cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments. Implementation was a breeze—setup took minutes, and the network sensor was truly plug-and-play. We didn’t have to rip and replace anything from our existing tech stack, making integration super simple, which was a huge win compared to our last provider who forced us into specific tools.
The customer support is exceptional—Dan and Don have been phenomenal partners from day one. I used to log in daily, but thanks to the Gradient Cyber SOC team’s proactive detection and response, I rarely need to check in unless I’m pulling reports for executive leadership to show how effective our security program has become.
The platform itself is simple, clean, and focused. It gives us exactly what we need, right where we need it—without the clutter. And anytime we’ve requested a new feature, the team has been fast and collaborative. Gradient Cyber feels less like a vendor and more like a true extension of our internal team. Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that I wish we had brought them in sooner.
