"Vision gives clarity to trainings!"

What do you like best about Training?

Every year, there are more and more improvements. The reporting is fairly intuitive and it's easy to assign, review, and make changes to course assignments. The level of individualization (assignments by position, location, group) are super helpful. Administrating the software is a breeze and it's very easy for the learners to navigate as well. What do you dislike about Training?

You can't assign an annual training to always occur during the same month every year (e.g., an annual training that we want everyone to complete in May each year). Additionally, there are a few things that I need to do in multiple steps to get the data I am looking for (e.g., how much time did this person spend on trainings yesterday/last week/etc. -- you would need to know how long the course they completed was and THEN you have an approximate answer. But, customer support is very helpful if I feel like there has to be an easier way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are very responsive to our ideas and suggestions and are also great as pointing out which reports and data will be most useful as we look to increase our training compliance numbers.
