The most important software a logistic company should have is a quick and efficient tracking system. GPS Insight made this easy for me. The accuracy with which it provided live location updates helped ensure timely deliveries. Alerts for harsh braking, speeding, and idling improved driver accountability. Fuel management is another key benefit, as route optimization and idle tracking help cut unnecessary expenses. And the feature I loved the most is maintenance alerts. Love all the reports that can be run to tack staff and keep them safe. Love knowing when vehicles are in the shop and knowing if they are being worked on. It would be helpful if the driver app allows for the drivers to see the map and laptops that they make so they can review it on the app at the end of the day. Like the driver app to show weather too.
