Help Manual: Available online as part of each GPA Network component, at no additional cost

Emergency Voice and SMS Alerts: The use of text messages and voice phone call alerts requires the use of a Twilio account. Twilio charges $1 per month for a phone number, 1¢ per SMS text message, and 2¢ per minute for voice alerts. This feature is completely optional. E-mail alerts are available at no additional cost.
