The templates are good, but for me, I like to design my own, simple, clean and easy to read to match my brand. This is the go to for me. I love their customer support. At first, I thought I was only going to get a bot to answer my questions, which for me is a frustration, however, I get responses from people. However, over time it has become helpful. Whether that is because of the use or because it improved with time, I cannot tell. I was pleasantly surprised that I am (mostly) able to do this in GoZen! The UI is really intuative and easy to figure out. It looks cleanly laid out and only took a couple hours to create my first form. They offer a lot of integrations. The embed is easy to use (aside from having to select it). The code is easy to copy paste and they make it easy. You can also share as the page itself. I tested my funnel and the analytics page is easy to navigate. Visual and is detailed for easy refinement. **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** The background image is the same for every page. In my use case, it would be very nice to vary the pages. It doesn't allow you to reorder the pages, so you have to make sure your question and page order is correct or redo it. My ending page needed to redirect to a page higher up (becuase I couldn't reorder the pages). So instead of going back to the proper question, it went to the first ending page. The logic doesn't allow for an answer to go to a previous page. If we could reorder pages, this wouldn't be an issue. Integrations are webhooks rather than natively connecting. I can't connect to Zapier since I don't have a paid account, so will need to find a work around in order to get the emails into Flodesk. Embeding has to have a domain attached. I haven't seen this before, when I have embedded other things into my website, so I'm not sure why it needs a specific domain attached. **What problems is GoZen Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a way to make an interactive fiction story with multiple endings but without making a bunch of different landing pages. The form builder makes it easy for people to opt in to play, everything is in one spot, and I can see player analytics. ### 18.  Except that in the other tools I always found something wrong... either the price, or the functionality, or some limitations, or the difficulty and this made me frustrated... 

 Until I tried GoZen Forms which compared to other platforms offers an easier to use and convenient solution. I found the Interface to be intuitive and therefore easy to use and allows you to easily create professional looking forms in a very quick and easy way. There are some cool features like AI Assistance that suggests questions that simplify the form creation process. Not only that there are also many templates ready to modify... suitable for various needs, from recruitment to feedback collection and much more. Gozen Forms integrates with many tools and the thing I really liked is that it integrates with Google Sheets and SendFox making data management and marketing activities more efficient. 

 Knowing some people who use Gozen Form I learned that the response times are fast and they resolve problems quickly (personally at the moment I have not needed their intervention but I am pleased to know that they are attentive to the customer). Another aspect I noticed is the easy customization. Because I'm Italian and it's often not easy to find software that allows you to customize everything... often there are translation problems and similar problems. 

 However, with Gozen Forms you can customize everything! As soon as I logged in to GoZen Forms I had an easy experience using the platform... for this reason, given all the pluses, I decided to do a review here **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** Probably Image Resizing: They can improve on this aspect 

 At the same time I am very satisfied with this platform **What problems is GoZen Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the speed of execution for quizzes, surveys and generation of customer leads and employee leads... It connects to Google Sheets and allows me to show the automatically filled out sheets to my collaborators not only does it connect with sendfox and allow me to automate marketing ### 19. While various solutions have truly matured over the years, the good ones have also gone up in price. The ones I have mostly used have also lacked simplicity of use and flexibility in their featureset. Some of the most popular WordPress based form plugins, for example, can achieve a lot but they are also hard to figure out and configure. Enter GoZen. I love the availability of all features on one screen divided by tabs like form fields, settings, and canvas to create and configure the various fields. On the left is the form navigation that shows you different form fields you've added. You can drag and drop them to change their order. You can create 2 different form types or a 'custom' type (not sure how that works, haven't tried yet). You can schedule the form visibility, limit number of responses, and allow multiple submissions or not. All the busson labels and error messages are customizable within the settings and so are the content of email notifications. You can even add images and/or videos to each field, especialy useful if you use slides form type, which is my favorite. You can also use pretty sophisticaed logic to channel people through different form fields skipping some or showing others based on their previous responses. This is anyting new but the interface to achieve it is the best I've come across yet. It's a flowchart style screen in which you can drag arrows and such to direct the flow. Again, it's available on the same screen only a different tab. Screen doesn't refresh when switching tabs, so you can jump around as needed. The form gets saved on the go. Oh, and it has a bunch of integrations along with integrating with Zapier and webhooks. You can also remove their branding from your forms in all of the paid plans. All in all, I am happier with GoZen Forms than any other form software/service I've ever used. Combined with an affordable price, it's a super hit in my books! **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** It doesn't have enough tool tips to show some functions.
