What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

Unethical business practices. I've been purchasing Gozenforms and Optinly through the company since October 10, 2022. Positive reviews were more or less bought with additional features. And now, after more than 3 years of use, during which I could have said a lot of bad things about the support, they simply block all forms and accounts without warning. The reason is probably that AppSumo withheld part of the commission. Mind you, the main purchase was 3 years ago and I paid for everything correctly 3 years ago. My support requests have not been responded to. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company with a lifetime deal. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but with this way of treating customers, I'll make an exception today. If you haven't been lucky enough to be a customer there yet, you shouldn't become one. I appreciate the variety of design options that are available to me, as opposed to the very bland and basic look and feel of so many other products I've looked at. I also feel like it was fairly simple to use and easy to figure out given the amount of complexity that is available to you (lots of different options and functionality to choose from). Once I got into really using GoZen Forms it needed some feature improvements in order to be useful. And their support team was not helpful. They were unwilling / uninterested in improving their product and instead tried to upsell me on their various other software companies. Complete waste of money. Although I am very happy with GoZen Forms.AI overall, there is one small area for improvement: While the design customization options are good, they could be expanded a bit more. What problems is GoZen Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoZen Forms.AI has revolutionized the way I work with forms. The intuitive user interface and user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality make creating forms a breeze. Even without any technical know-how, I can create and customize professional forms in no time. What I particularly like is the versatility of the platform. From simple registration forms to sophisticated surveys - the possibilities are almost endless. The variety of features that GoZen Forms.AI offers has proven to be extremely useful to cover specific needs that would be difficult to realize with standard forms.

Another major benefit is the real-time analysis of form responses. Previously, manual analysis of data was tedious and error-prone, but with GoZen Forms.AI I can analyze and evaluate responses immediately. This not only makes data processing easier, but also speeds up decision-making considerably. GoZen Forms.AI also integrates seamlessly with other tools and platforms such as Google Sheets, Slack and Zapier. This makes my workflow much more efficient, as I no longer have to transfer data manually, but can link it automatically.

I see minor room for improvement in the design customization options. Although the available design options are already good, I would like to see even more flexibility in the creation of custom themes to better adapt the forms to the corporate branding.

Overall, GoZen Forms.AI has solved many typical form creation and management challenges. The platform not only saves me time and effort, but also significantly improves data quality and user experience. Thanks to its intuitive operation, extensive functionalities and seamless integration into existing systems, GoZen Forms.AI has established itself as an indispensable tool in my day-to-day work. What do you like best about GoZen Forms?

What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

I struggled to get a webhook from Make.com working and support still hasn't responded to my chat for help. I routed around it by selecting a generic webhook so not a big deal. Ultimately, when I saw they had Make.com integration support, I had assumed it would be an actual module but turns out it's just a webhook, which is a bit misleading in my opinion. What do you like best about GoZen Forms?

The intuitive user interface is the most helpful aspect. Setting up complex forms is made incredibly easy with its drag-and-drop functionality and a wide range of customizable options. GoZen Forms allows for seamless integration with WordPress, and I can create and embed forms quickly without any coding knowledge. The pre-built templates save time, especially when creating repetitive forms.

Another aspect I lke is its ability to handle multiple use cases, from simple contact forms to detailed surveys and feedback forms. It’s also highly responsive, working well across all devices. While it is easy to get started with the templates, trying to learna dn master all the various functions will take quite some time and experimentation.

Having experimented with various form builders, I found GoZen Forms to stand out for a few key reasons. Despite using a similar editor library to others, such as Formly 2.0, GoZen distinguishes itself with a more polished interface and greater responsiveness. The user experience is noticeably smoother when creating forms compared to other brands. Additionally, I appreciate the logical flow of questions, which is presented in a clear flowchart view. What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

Regarding the logic control for each question, GoZen Forms allows assigning scores and triggering certain logic flows based on marks achieved. However, I wish there were more diverse scoring options available. For example, the ability to assign negative scores (deducting from the total score), reset the total score to zero, or assign specific marks for particular answers would greatly enhance its functionality. It significantly speeds up and simplifies the process of creating web forms for my clients. The integration with other services, like Google Sheets—which I use daily across my entire company—is also a fantastic feature.
