Works great for the team to proof designs. Started off great and we've used this for the past 4 years. This is the only reason I am holding on this subscription but it's literally the only reason we are trying to make it work for the next month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is horrible and there is no way to get in touch with them except their chat service. They tout a 5-10 min response on their 24 hour chat support, which they need to remove because that is false - it takes days for them to get back. I have been billed incorrectly, told I would get credited yet I do not (since February), they are unclear about their storage capacity, unclear about their legacy/current subscriptions, incorrect information about login on their help site, and it seems they do not want to be bothered to fix anything. Do not sign up and find another proofing program to use. They are a scam and a nightmare! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
