When I work remotely, it feels and acts like I am at my computer at work. I also appreciate printing from my remote loction as some systems don't allow for it or the system doesn't work well. The sizing and appearance of all the applications look and work well remotely as well. The system is also very easy to access and implement so I have no hesitation in utilizing it on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** I set the system for maximum speed and minimum graphics. If the requirements of the job included graphics, the system would work significantly slower. I can't compare, since I have not tried any of those applications on this or any other system. There are necessary programs we have operating on computers running older operating systems. For various reasons, it is difficult or very cost prohibitive to change the programs, as well as unecessary since they are functioning perfectly well. But - now - with light weight laptops and cloud storage - It is not as vital to me as it once once. More often I utilize Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive or ICloud and work on a portable device. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** Downside - In spite of efforts for secure access, I always found myself concerned about security, and there was always a lag in the way the interface responded. It allows users to remote in from anywhere in the globe pretty much **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** Network or internet connection could be a real issue if you do not have a good internet connection, then it will disrupt the session and a lot of the opened files might be hung or locked. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the remote work solution, especially during the pandemic; it was secure and easy to use. Otherwise, just needs some minor tweaks to be as good as it can be. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is really nice to be able to connect to our work's computers and servers remotely. It allows me to do what I need to do without too much difficulty. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** It sometimes is difficult to control the local machine while logged into GoToMyPC and another machine. It's do-able, but takes some know-how. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to log into my office and record time and documents on the office server, instead of manually in the field, and then on the saver later. (2) Their support is excellent. You talk to a real person who has the knowledge and the tools available to them to resolve the issue. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** Internally, GoToMyPC is a complicated product that must handle many different versions of many operating systems. We are hybrid so our users are working form home half the time and cannot reset their access code. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does require a second factor so that is good for security. ### 42. Set it up on your "host" computer and then you can log in from any desktop, laptop or other device. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** A little clunky when logging in from an iPad or iPhone but works great when logging in using a laptop or desktop. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to go into the office to work. I had access to everything in the manner to which I am accustomed. I easily use both screens at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy solution for accessing work files at home. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** The only minor issue is that sometimes there can be a bit of a lag when using while typing. Printing is a challenge but not insurmountable. It takes a little extra investigation to figure out how it works. I do not consider either of these deal breakers. Even though our company is able to do all things in the cloud now, I still prefer using GoToMyPC. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue was obtaining access to ALL files and programs at home. These would be vendors that I didn't have logins for at home, paying bills online at vendor websites and even banking. ### 49.
