1. You cannot personalize your IVR the way you want it

2. No free call recording

I would hesitate to call Google Voice a platform for "Power Users". In fact, some of the more advanced auto attendant and call routing features that we needed for our business were not feasible through Google Voice. That is what prompted our switch to another more comprehensive system. I have been using it for sometime now, call quality is really great! I feel that this is so much better than Google Hangouts. Texting and calling made simpler that you can do it from computer and phone app makes things easier. this app enables me to be able to keep work and personal life seperate.
