The reviewer platform on Good Grants is really good. We can have lots of reviewers and compare their results using the leaderboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the interface really confusing. I think setting up grant and reviewing rounds could be drastically simplified.
The price, especially for charities like ours, is really high too. Perhaps the pricing structure could reflect use. For example, we do one grant round a year. We receive around 300 applications and award 80 grants. This all takes place over a 3 month period. The other 9 months of the year, the programme goes unused for us. We would like all of the features of the highest plan, but we don't use it enough to justify that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
