## GoLinks Reviews
  ### 1. GoLinks Makes Finding Docs Fast and Frictionless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison O. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

Honestly, GoLinks just make life easier. Not having to dig through a chaotic bookmark bar or bug people on Slack for links every five minutes saves so much low-key frustration. Typing go/roadmap or go/metrics and getting right to the doc is just clean and convenient. It’s a simple tool, but once it’s part of your routine, you definitely notice how much smoother things run.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

The main downside with GoLinks is the guesswork when you don't know the exact name. If someone created go/q3-goals instead of go/q3-roadmap or go/goals-q3, you end up playing a frustrating guessing game in your search bar. Typing in three different variations that lead to dead ends completely defeats the point of having a quick shortcut, and you end up having to ask someone on Slack anyway.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the main benefit is just cut-down friction. It saves me from constantly bothering teammates for links, keeps my workflow moving fast, and makes jumping between core tools feel completely seamless instead of like a scavenger hunt.

  ### 2. GoLinks Makes Finding Internal Resources Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shri B. | Camera Validation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I use GoLinks every day, and it has become one of the fastest ways to access internal documentation, dashboards, tools, and team resources. Instead of searching through bookmarks or multiple knowledge bases, I can simply type a GoLink and get where I need to go immediately. It's easy to create and share links across teams, the search works well, and it has noticeably improved my productivity by reducing the time spent looking for internal resources.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Overall, I've had a good experience with GoLinks. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that finding the right GoLink can sometimes be difficult when there are multiple links with similar names or outdated aliases. Better organization, duplicate detection, and more consistent naming conventions across teams would make it even easier to discover the correct resource. Other than that, it has been a very useful tool for day-to-day work.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using GoLinks, finding internal documentation, dashboards, runbooks, design docs, and engineering tools often meant searching across multiple systems or asking teammates for links. GoLinks provides a simple, memorable way to access frequently used resources, which has significantly reduced the time spent searching for information.

For our engineering workflows, it improves knowledge sharing and helps teams quickly access the latest documentation and internal tools. The browser extension and search experience are fast and intuitive, making adoption easy with little to no onboarding. Overall, GoLinks has become part of my daily workflow, improving productivity and reducing friction when collaborating across teams.

While it's difficult to quantify precisely, I estimate it saves several minutes each day that would otherwise be spent searching for internal resources, which adds up over time.

  ### 3. Fast, Shareable go/ Links That Make Onboarding and Docs Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya L. | Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

Speed/muscle memory : go/runbook, go/disputes-dd, etc. beats hunting through Confluence
Shareability in Slack/Jira : easier to drop go/creditdisputes than a 90-character URL
Survives doc moves : link doesn't break when someone reorganizes the Confluence space
Onboarding : new folks learn the namespace faster than learning where things live

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Two minor frustrations. Discovery gets harder as the namespace grows I've occasionally created duplicates because finding an existing golink isn't as smooth as making a new one. And golinks depend on the extension or DNS being configured, so they sometimes fail on new machines or external devices, which means I'll paste the raw URL as a backup. Neither is a dealbreaker.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doc navigation + link rot (matches your earlier answer):
Before GoLinks, sharing internal docs meant pasting long Confluence URLs into Slack and Jira, and those links broke constantly when pages got reorganized. Now I share go/creditdisputes or go/disputes-runbook instead they're memorable, survive doc moves, and people actually click them. The result is less time hunting for "where did that page go?" and a noticeably faster path from question to answer during incident response and code reviews.
Onboarding focus:
Onboarding new engineers used to mean walking them through our Confluence hierarchy and hoping they remembered where the runbooks, architecture docs, and on-call guides lived. Now I hand them a short list of golinks and they're navigating our docs on day one. It's cut the "where do I find X?" questions significantly and given the team a shared vocabulary for our most-used resources.
Hybrid covering more of the depth checklist and also integrations.
We struggled with two things: long Confluence URLs that broke whenever docs were reorganized, and new engineers taking weeks to learn where everything lived. GoLinks solved both

  ### 4. Streamlined Processes, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I like that GoLinks is very easy to use and basically saves time instead of writing a long email requesting something. You can just choose a category, write a short description, and it takes like just a minute or two to submit a request instead of spending five minutes writing an email. I mean, it's just a very simple form, and it's like a very easy experience that helps streamline all the processes within the company. Everything is automated, and there are already categories for different requests you can submit.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Everything is great so far. The support is helpfull!

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find GoLinks saves time by allowing quick requests instead of long emails. It streamlines processes with easy, automated forms and categories for various requests like ops and reimbursements, making it simple to stop using email and keep track of tasks.

  ### 5. Quick Document Access with GoLinks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I use GoLinks to make quick shortcuts to important documents at work, which makes it easy and accessible for others to view important things. I love that it's easy and fast and that everyone knows to use the Go/ convention, which is widely followed. I think that the UI is pretty easy to follow, and it's super easy to see the big list of popular Go links, who made them, etc. Also, the initial setup of GoLinks was very easy!

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I think there may be a little too much information on the main dashboard. I would suggest simplifying the sidebar to improve it.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoLinks to create quick shortcuts for important documents, making it easy for everyone to follow the naming convention and access information effortlessly. The UI is easy to follow, showing popular GoLinks and their creators.

  ### 6. Streamlines Bookmark Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus P. | Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I find GoLinks useful because it serves as a single source to find all websites and locations important to my company. I like that I can create links or shortcuts specific to teams, the company, or individual members, which helps with organization. I also appreciate that when URLs change during testing and QA, it's easy to update the underlying URL in the GoLink. This allows specific teams to access these resources without needing to update everyone or change their bookmarks, making organization a lot simpler.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

One of the things that I wish it had or was more prevalent was when you start to enter go backslash, or click on the shortcut button in Chrome, having some of the top options and things like that populate. It would make it a lot easier to use. When clicking on the shortcut/extension button in Chrome, I don't like that it initially prompts you to create a new go link in Chrome. I would rather see all of the most popular links under that button and then maybe an alternative to create a link somewhere else.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoLinks is a better replacement for my bookmarks and Chrome. It's a single source for finding important websites, allows creating team-specific shortcuts, and manages URL changes efficiently for easier organization.

  ### 7. Streamlines Navigation with Quick, Memorable Links

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I find GoLinks incredibly useful for navigating between internal services, documents, monitoring, code review, and project resources, which makes my daily workflow faster and more efficient. I love that it eliminates the need to search for bookmarks or long URLs. Having short, memorable links for internal tools saves me a ton of time and means that I can get there immediately instead of searching through bookmarks or Slack. It's great for sharing resources with coworkers.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I find search results difficult to locate when multiple similar GoLinks exist.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoLinks to streamline my workflow by navigating between internal services and resources quickly, which saves time and enhances efficiency. Short, memorable links eliminate the need to search bookmarks, and it makes sharing resources with coworkers easier.

  ### 8. Easy, Memorable Bookmarks and Shareable GoLinks with Less Browser Clutter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wei C. | IT Endpoint Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

It’s an easier way to create bookmarks and share them. There’s less clutter in the browser, and other people can create a simplified golink that everyone can use. Using common, recognizable website names makes the links really easy to remember.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

The initial learning curve—whether you’re using it day to day or dealing with an administrative deployment provisioned through company policy—can be confusing at first. Once it’s set up and you understand how it works, though, it becomes almost brainless to use thanks to how easy it is.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of trying to remember long, complex URLs, IP addresses, or complicated navigation paths, I can just think of the common name of the site or page and use that. Then I simply enter go/ name. Having simple naming schemes and shortcuts for access makes it so much easier to use.

  ### 9. Easy-to-Use Dashboard That Saves Time Finding Links

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

Really love how easy the dashboard is to use to create new links and how the top links are listed in the dashboard since I tend to forget what I am looking for. It really saves me time looking for what I need because most of the time the link name is pretty native.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I think that as we have more and more links we will suffer from the same issue as having before of having too many links. So maybe having some kind of chrome based integration (unsure if this exists) would be good. Or some kind of training that would help us be able to find things outside of the go links dashboard.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed mostly, and consolidation of all our links helps us stay more organized especially as we have a lot of floating links.

  ### 10. Fast, Smooth, and Time-Saving—Great ROI for Daily Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

Very useful overall. It helps me speed up my work and I use it everyday, and routing to new pages is generally quite fast, so it doesn’t block me from my work. Integrates well with my current workflows and processes. This translates to a lot of time saved for me and my team actually, so great ROI. UI is generally quite smooth. The onboarding process is also great, especially when adding new links.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Sometimes it can be a little bit slow in fetching links, but it is very infrequent

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unlocks cognitive load in having to remember links or expecting my browser to redirect me everytime. Now I just need to remember the golink

  ### 11. Convenient and Fast, but the Dashboard Makes Links Hard to Find

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kairu L. | Software Engineer Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I mean it's convenient and I can get to links faster. I think it's pretty well made and I'm on the enterprise plan and it's pretty fast and neat, never dealt with any latency issues or like it not linking correctly.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I wish the dashboard was like more obvious and the links were more acessible? maybe theres a chrome extension im missing but its annoying to have to look through the dashboard when theres like a million links on there.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me remember what I need, and beyond that, it’s simply faster and more convenient.

  ### 12. Revolutionary for Efficient Information Access and Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I use GoLinks every day for work, and I love how easy it is to create a new link if one doesn't already exist and share it with my organization. The ability to search for GoLinks that my co-workers have created is a great feature. Sometimes I need to access a specific Notion page or app within our organization, and the first thing I do is try a GoLink, which usually helps me find what I'm looking for. If the link doesn't exist, I can visit the website and create the GoLink on the fly for me and everyone in my organization. The initial setup of GoLinks was incredibly easy and straightforward, supported by a very clear onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I haven't yet encountered any blockers.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoLinks to access crucial company information quickly in our big org. It simplifies creating and sharing links, making navigation easier. I love its search feature for co-worker's links and how I can create new ones immediately if needed.

  ### 13. Effortless Plug-and-Play with an Intuitive Feel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bodie F. | UI Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

It's ease of use and intuitive feel. You don't need to learn anything new to use it, it's the definition of plug-and-play.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

No real downsides, perhaps there can be some collisions if your org gets to a certain size, but I haven't ran into that.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the cognitive load of having to remember the location and url of every resource, this has benefited me immensely, saving me time as a new hire.

  ### 14. Simple, powerful, and a daily essential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danesh Q. | Staff Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to create and share short, memorable links across the team. It improves collaboration and saves a surprising amount of time over the course of a day. The search functionality is also quick and reliable, which makes finding the right link effortless.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

There’s not much to dislike, but managing a large number of links can get slightly overwhelming over time. Better organization features like improved categorization or automated suggestions would make it even easier to maintain at scale.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoLinks solves the problem of scattered internal links and time wasted searching across tools. It gives quick, reliable access to resources using simple go/ links, which saves time, reduces context switching, and makes collaboration smoother across the team.

  ### 15. Quick, Convenient Page Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doris Z. | Software engineer intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

It makes a accessing pages with hard-to-remember links much quicker and simpler. Ultimately speeding up my day-to-day work flow

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I wish that GoLinks was better at guessing which link i meant when I type it wrong but the idea is there and some AI could likely guess which link I meant

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me easily navigate pages that I may not remember the full long form URL for. As someone new to the company and learning many different links, this benefits me because it makes my onboarding much more simple and it's just one less thing to have to remember and think about

  ### 16. Lightning-Fast Access to Docs with Easy-to-Remember GoLinks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lainey G. | Lead Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

1) Speed and Convenience: you can get to documents, desks, and internal tools instantly without digging through bookmarks, email threads, or Slack history. Typing a short go/ link is faster than opening Google Drive or Confluence and searching.
2) Great for recurring or frequently used resources. Perfect for docs or presentations that I reference often and it saves time every single day, not just once.
3) Easy-to-remember links: Human-readable links are much easier to recall than long URLs

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Occasionally a GoLinks link points to a document that’s been moved or deleted, resulting in a 404. While this is usually due to outdated links rather than GoLinks itself, it can briefly interrupt workflow when you’re trying to move fast.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoLinks solves the problem of scattered information and time-consuming searches across different tools. Instead of digging through Drive or Slack, I can quickly access documents or presentations with a simple go/ link. This saves time, reduces context switching, and makes it easier to stay focused and productive throughout the day.

  ### 17. Intuitive URL Shortening, Perfect for Large Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I like how GoLinks makes it easy to use short, memorable links. It's super convenient to create links like go/expensepolicy to quickly pull up our expense policy. This feature makes it easy to remember how to find documents and also helps in verbally sharing these links with new hires, so they can easily access information like the expense policy. The initial setup was also easy.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I find signing into GoLinks wonky when using the GoLinks icon at the top of my browser’s toolbar.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoLinks like a wiki for employee info, making it easy to search and bookmark things we need quickly. It's easy to create short, memorable links, like 'go/expensepolicy,' but I find signing in using the toolbar icon is sometimes wonky.

  ### 18. Effortless Access to Work Tools with GoLinks

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I really like the simple UI of GoLinks, which makes it straightforward to use. It's great that I can create my own GoLinks, especially for applications like our version of Apple Ecommerce and other admin tools where a JC tile isn't possible. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I think giving users options to change the layout of it.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoLinks to access all my work tools, especially those not managed by JumpCloud, and it's where I can access all my work applications quickly.

  ### 19. GoLinks Brings Order to Bookmark Chaos with Fast, Intuitive Navigation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about GoLinks?**

GoLinks is a lifesaver if you're suffering from browser tab/bookmark chaos. It turns navigation into muscle memory, and protects against organizational restructuring. I also love having a dashboard that shows me the trending links from across our organization.

In short, the biggest upsides with GoLinks are time savings/productivity, frictionless collaboration, and intuitive onboarding for new hires.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

The only drawback I've seen is the fight for naming real estate. Over time, the directory can get a bit cluttered.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a fast-moving, data-heavy company that is prone to information silos. As a new hire, GoLinks has helped me get to self-sufficiency quicker.

  ### 20. GoLinks Makes Switching Pages Faster—No More Bookmark Digging

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

I can't think of any negatives about GoLinks.

I really appreciate how customizable it is and that it can be shared across the organization, which makes it genuinely fun and useful. GoLinks makes us more collaborative and efficient. **What do you like best about GoLinks?**

I think GoLinks is really nice. I use it basically every single day to go to all my main dashboards that I use for reporting. It's pretty easy to remember, and you don't have to remember specific codes. It's nice for looking up resources and stuff, like when I'm doing a training. The shortcuts make it really easy to look back at resources. It also helps to quickly access the pipeline dashboard without needing to log in to other services, leveraging our SSL, which is great because I don't need to have 3,000 bookmarks in my browser.

Nothing immediately applicable today as an IC

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

s a happy GoLinks user, there’s very little to truly dislike, but if I had to point out a few minor things, it would be these:

Occasional link duplication
Sometimes different teams create similar or overlapping go/links, which can cause a bit of confusion about which one is the “official” link.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoLinks solves the everyday problem of wasting time searching for internal documents, tools, and links. **What do you like best about GoLinks?**

GoLinks has become one of those tools I didn’t realize I needed until it was part of my workflow. The biggest value for me is how fast it makes finding and sharing internal resources. Instead of digging through docs or pinging teammates for the right link, I can just type a short, memorable go/… shortcut and get exactly what I need.

I also really like how easy it is for anyone on our team to create new links. There’s essentially no friction—type the shortcut you want, paste a URL, and it’s instantly usable across the organization. It keeps everyone aligned and makes our knowledge base feel a lot more organized and accessible. Setup was dead simple too, which made adoption even smoother.

**What do you dislike about GoLinks?**

Nothing major—every once in a while I wish there were more advanced analytics out of the box, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a real blocker.

**What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It cuts down on time spent hunting for shared resources, onboarding new team members, and maintaining consistency across teams.
